The Drayton Court Hotel is a lovely old building in the heart of West Ealing. It is about 200 meters from the new Elizabeth line station which will get yo to Bond Street in 20 minutes. It is proper hotel, so it is n't perfect. But the staff were very attentive, and the room was spotless, even if it wasn't pristine. Breakfast was excellent too. A good selection of pastries ( all very fresh) and good options for cooked breakfast. Our expectations for our stay were exceeded.
The hotel is on the cusp of a major refurbishment, so the room was a bit shabby in places. However we will definitely be coming here again once the work is finished.

This is an older property that has been maintained and taken care of. Hotel is very close to the Tube. We learned the routes and how to use the Tube. It's about an hour's ride into London but far better than driving and trying to park the car in London. There was a hotel elevator which always helps! The place is very secure and safe. You need a room key card for the elevator to even work, then you also use the key card to get to the hallway where your room is. The key card is also used to get the electricity on. The front door is locked at night so that was very good. Staff was super nice and polite. There is a large dining room for breakfast. Food is included with the room price. Food was delicious and you order your food from the breakfast menu.
Very small car park in front of hotel. We used the tube the entire time so we didn't lose our parking space.

For a pub hotel, the security is pretty good. Actually the security of the premises can put some of the bigger hotels to shame. As you get into the elevator or some would called lift, you would require a key card to reach up to floors above. Staff are friendly and helpful, always got a smile on their faces.
There is no certainty of parking space, just when they are available. Got back a little bit late one evening, snd I ended up parking in the street. The mattress is way softer to my liking.

What a lovely place to stay, cozy and full of character! They kindly let us check in early. The room was on the smaller side, but comfortable, well-lit (two huge windows) and well-equipped with everything from a coffee machine to iron and ironing board. I am a light sleeper, so the blackout curtains and the hotel's calm location meant much to me. Still, it's a stone's throw from West Ealing tube station, which quickly connects you to central London. There's no lobby but the hotel has a pub and the breakfast room is also used for events, so it's a very lively place! There's just a tad bit more wear and tear than one would expect in a 4-star hotel. Several different breakfast options were offered, together with the buffet items - we got to try almost all the menu options and especially loved cinnamon brioche topped with yogurt and berries and smashed avocado toast with poached eggs. Last but not least - all staff was wonderful and their friendly attitude made our stay even better!

The staff are really well trained and their service is brilliant and pleasant. While the hotel is located in a beautiful London pub there is never any bleed through noise into the rooms. The rooms are well decorated with all the amenities you could ask for including the usually things but with additional complimentary toiletries, coffee & coffee machine and the all important air con which is needed for those summer days in London. Breakfast is continental with a cooked to order menu to choose from, all the food we had was of a high quality and cooked perfectly. The hotel also offers limited availability free parking which makes it an ideal base if you want to explore areas outside of the city. And finally the location in West Ealing is a beautiful part of west London offering a small town/village vibe with great bars and restaurants a short walk away. If your coming to explore central London this hotel couldn’t be a better option with West Ealing station just across the road giving you access to central via the new Elizabeth Line underground. From West Ealing to Paddington in 10-12 mins and beyond to Bond Street and Liverpool Street. An equivalent journey on the Piccadilly line would be close to 45-50 mins. Last point on location, if your flying into Heathrow this hotel is a great options as it’s again a short ride on the Elizabeth line to West Ealing. All in all this hotel it’s a great options for all trips. I almost forgot, it has the biggest beer garden in west London with hotels guests enjoying 10% off at the bar and restaurant to make the most of the sun trap garden and live sport shown of screens. Ping pong and Woodfire pizza is also available in the garden. We can’t wait to return!
Whilst recognising the downstairs areas are of an older style in keeping with a traditional London pub setting. They could benefit from a freshen up and some more focused cleaning. However, I am being picky here as we love this hotel and enjoy the character.

The location was brilliant, the service was amazing and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and cleaned daily and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay!
Unfortunately the hot water in the shower was temperamental. It took 5 mins to heat up from ice cold and when it did it would last 10 seconds before turning cold again and then going warm and cold every 10 seconds.

The property is very well situated 5 minutes walk from the Elizabeth line, it’s very clean, does look a little tired in places but is comfortable and provides good selection of tea/coffee/water. The breakfast is great cooked to order with lots of pastries/bread/ fruit etc…very good value. There is also a pub joined to the hotel and it provides excellent food. The staff are absolutely amazing, it’s quite a young team with Carly, Amber and a third woman (didn’t get her name) all doing front desk, breakfast etc they were great nothing was too much trouble, the manager is great as well we had a little issue and he sorted it immediately! I’ve stayed in quite a few London (outside London) hotels and this one is fantastic for all the reasons mentioned and as it’s outside central London is great value and your only 15/20 minutes away from London by tube. Really really highly recommended.
Nothing not to like as I said it’s an older property so could do with a little decoration but they clearly put a lot of value into good service and good food/facilities

I was attending a hospital appointment, and the young lady in reception was extremely helpful, getting me early access to my room. Her name was Carly. All of the staff were caring, cheerful and helpful I did not get to sample breakfast even though it was included as I was Nil By Mouth, but I did eat a lovely evening meal in the restaurant. Lift made all floors accessible for me, and local amenities were equally accessible, including shops and transport and even a lovely hairdresser using my foldable mobility scooter. I have rebooked for the end of July when I next have to attend the hospital.
As someone with mobility problems, being unable to book and confirm a parking space was a worry, even though I managed to get a space on the day.

Check in process easy and staff were friendly. Room was was nice, albeit a bit smaller than expected. Air con worked. Decent size flat screen TV. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Toiletries provided in the bathroom. Loved the coffee machine and free pods and chocolate in the room! The room included breakfast, which was served til 11am, and we had the option to have it brought to our room, which was very helpful. Hotel is part of a pub which has a massive beer garden with screens and speakers for sport. Food from the restaurant was decent as well.
As before, the room was a bit smaller than expected, but only a minor grievance. It was clean overall but I noticed a cobweb on the ceiling and a bit of the wallpaper was peeling, so that should be looked at. They didn't have a breakfast menu in the room and couldn't find it via the QR code either.
