The front desk charge my card 3 times for my room stay, and im still waiting on the refunds to my bank card. At the New years dinner, they got my reservation wrong and moved me from my sitting after I confirmed with the coordinator if I was on the list and if that was my table. On another note, it was very uncomfortable to be asked by the elevator consirge every time if we had a room there. And another guest knocked on our door saying that was their room Because the suite we stay in didn't have a number or name on the door.

Where to start. The room and grounds were stunningly beautiful. Room was large and the bath was as big as the room itself. Mood lighting. Extremely comfortable bed. So much attention to detail. If you might need it, it was there. Robes, slippers, sunscreen and aloe by the pool…. Attentive staff. Went to get a spa treatment. It was heaven. Pictures do not do justice to this place.

Not enough hooks in the bathroom. Lots of light switches - though the lighting was really nice, it was difficult to remember what was what

The hotel was very clean and had all of the amenities you could ask for, with onsite restaurant and bar. Staff was attentive and helpful, and the layout of the property was unique and amazing.

There was some construction going on our last day, which was a little noisy, but improvements are always a good thing in the long run! Overall, nothing to complain about here.

Very comfortable, clean, safe and the staff was absolutely lovely. It is a bit pricey when it comes to having breakfast there but it’s worth it! Just be prepared. Gorgeous view of Morelia from the balcony.

No enough time to enjoy amenities. We couldn't visit the restaurant. No breakfast included 😢

The decor, staff and attention to details. Beautifully decorated room, complimentary monogram slippers, magnifying/lighted make up mirror, toiletries etc. The staff turned our sheets every night and left goodies for us (chocolate plate on our first night, fruit candy and pillow spray the following night). Daily coffee , teas and cookies in the lobby in the morning and lemon/orange infused water in the afternoon. There is an Asian restaurant adjacent to the hotel with delicious food and a cafe directly across the street.

Upon arrival we asked about the restaurant, we were told the terrace bar had a buffet breakfast. We waited over 30 minutes for a waiter, when I noticed staff removing food trays I approached one of the waiters and was told buffet service was ending in 10 minutes. We then went to a restaurant, placed our order and approximately 20 minutes later were told they ran out of all protein dishes (beef, chicken). I expected better service/communication from staff.

One of your security person wasn't so polite he confused me 3 times as a non customer very unpolite ( I think his name was alvaro) incident happened on evening of day of arrival also very noisy guests on top floor of our room

Everything was beautiful and clean. Most of the staff was very attentive and respectful. The Mansion Solis was gorgeous.

he only discomfort was when walking around the hotel a staff member ran to ask us if we were staying there. Also, the room temperature was too warm and when we changed the temperature it would turn off during the night.

Everything is just perfect! Dinner was amazing. My Husband told our waiter that it was our 5 year wedding anniversary and he surprised us with a special dessert and a beautiful burning candle. When we went to the bar, my Husband asked the DJ to play our special song and He did. We danced it. It was just so perfect! Thank you! The spa is also beautiful and so relaxing. All the personnel is amazing! They made us feel so welcomed.
