-The layout of the room is excellent. We have things for all our things, all within our reach and sight. -The while hotel is also very clean -The breakfast buffet selection is also good and mindful for guests. The restaurant manager Jewel is friendly and accommodating.

-the hotel decor could use a bit more especially for the Christmas / New Year celebration. It helps sets the holiday mood . The building itself has a very luxurious look outside. The lobby could look and decor could look better. -not all staff were informed of the fireworks display in front of the hotel. The reception could have informed all the guests about it. We've meet a family who are also staying on the 1st floor who regretted missing the fireworks show because they didn't know about it and no one informed them. We got the information from Mr. Jewel and from Google.

All was good

The hotel was clean, the interior was too ordinary, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfy; however, if the room included a bathtub and a balcony, it would be ideal. The staff were amazing. Everything we requested was carefully considered and provided. Overall rating: 4/5

The main lobby was fairly quiet and kind of boring. It would be good if Standard and Premium Rooms included a bathtub and a balcony. I guess the pool was open too late, at least 8 or 9 a.m., for some people who wanted to swim before the sun came out, and you could only swim for an hour before leaving because the pool opens at 11 a.m. It's a little costly given the hotel-level amenities and location.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Sometimes the simple things make a world of difference. Easy check in. Perfectly clean room. Helpful staff. Facilities perfectly presented. I had lunch at the Larder Restaurant and although I was the only person there the staff (Melita) was not over fussy. I was given time to sit in peace and order my meal and eat all whilst relaxing and no rush. The food was delicious and served in good time. Great place for relaxing. Altogether a great short stay. Thankyou to all the staff at the hotel for making my stay so comfortable.

The staff here is amazing !!! Sam pays attention to every detail. He made our company feel welcome and quickly offered ideas for site seeing and hotel services. My guests were very impressed with his professionalism. The room was great, and staff throughout the hotel were very pleasant. It is so good to see a team working so well together. Valet service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was amazing from the first step out of the car. The fresh flowers and tranquil water throughout the hotel was top notch! Stores offered wonderful gift selection. The buffet had every detail we could ask for ! I can not say enough for the care you receive while staying here. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offer quality prepared dishes, sure to temp your taste buds. We were delighted with the entire experience, and we can not wait to return.

The location was ideal as it's across the road to Ajman City Center, and it's very close to Ajman Uni, where my daughter studies. The hotel was super clean the room was spacious and the staff was super friendly and very helpful.. many thanks go to the reception staff for their support and making our stay comfortable.. a special thanks goes to Mr. Basheer for his care

The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed is comfortable, the staff were humble and nice, the breakfast was good and had good variety and the dining area is clean.

The bathroom seems overused and the room carbet needs to be changed. The rooms walls are not soundproof and you can hear anyone from neighbour rooms or corridor and also from the bathroom you can hear people on the next room using it. I had also a bad experience with Valet, my rented car was new and didn't have any scratch, the day I returned the car in the airport for my flight we inspected and observed a scratch mark on the side door which was not there at the beginning and I only used the car for 2 days and most of the day I'm in the hotel so didn't use it much. This is highly possible that the in the Valet parking area this scratch is made from other car door hitting my rental car, it is unfortunate but it happened.
