By far, THE BEST stay we had with 3 young children. We had three different hotels before, asking and thinking we made a reservation for a family room... only to be utterly disappointed. But this one, we call a family room!!! Large room with large beds, a very spacious desk. There was even a corner with 6 relaxseats with a table in the middle, next to the window with a nice view of the city. Oh, and did I mention the massage chair, too? The room was so spacious that we could spread out 3 large suitcases and 3 trolleys to pack and unpack. We could tidy up our coats and some luggage into the cloak space. The bathroom was the typical Japanese style home bath with enough space to shower and wash yourself before going into the bathtub. The toilet was separated from the bathroom in the "changing room". You could stall your toiletries around the sink and big mirror and help and change small children to go in and out of the bathroom. With this comes your typical Japanese hospitality with nice helpful staff and loads of amenities!! The staff was so considered to put us in 2 rooms next to each other. (Familyroom and a twinroom)

Felt very fancy after a trip of smaller private stays and rooms. Plenty of space with the beds, comfy and had a large bathroom. Staff were excellent and check-in was easy. There is an onsite restaurant but there was a private function the night we were there and the breakfast buffet was not very large. Not an issue for us though as there were three convenience stores nearby (3min walk) where we got dinner and breakfast. Very close to the train station and the staff held our bags from check out to 6pm as we had a late flight. We were lucky enough to be on the top floor and the view was amazing over the city and only 2 short stops to the airport the next day. Certain floors also had bag scales so you can check your luggage weight prior to leaving for the airport in case repacking is needed.

Chose this hotel as read reviews as good choice and convenient to catch an early morning flight the next day. I booked their free shuttle bus which takes about ~30 minutes to the airport which is available. Clean and spacious room and easily to locate it with 5-minutes walk to/fro Izumisano station. There is Matsugen Grocery store , which is across the hotel where you can buy some grocery and food too (depend on your likes). The hotel also provide a map of hotel vicinity with some eatery and grocery location which may be helpful . If time allows, you can swing by to Rinku Premium Outlet which is one station away.

The room was very spacious. I was surprised, coming from a very small room in a Namba hotel. The bed was clean and comfy, the couch was clean as well. The bathroom was pretty spacious too, not your typical Japanese hotel room. The staff were very accomodating, made sure to confirm our preferred airport shuttle schedule. Our room has a very nice view! All in all, this is a good place to stay.

Only 2 pillows were provided for 2 beds. I wish they provide more.

Our room was very big and spacious. Our family of 5, including 3 small kids, were very pleased with having the toilet and bath separate. With three big beds and a baby crib, we were all sleeping very comfortably. The location was very good - a couple of minutes walk from Izumisano station, with essential shops right outside, we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good.

The air conditioning was a little slow. The area for the breakfast had a wheelchair elevator up to the upper seating area, but there were only stairs down to the buffet area.

Conveniently located a stone throw away from the metro station Izumisano which is 2 stops away from Kansai International Airport. 7-11 less then 5 minutes walk away. There is a large Supermarket opposite hotel less then 10 steps away. Next door is another drug store where you can do your last minute shopping or buy any souveneirs you missed earlier. But not a tax-free store. Room for 5 people was spacious. Plenty of wall socket for all to use. Free airport shuttle. We reserved the earliest shuttle at 5.30am upon check-in. The next morning, bus was waiting at the hotel entrance at 5.20am. So don't be late. Smoking room available at the end of a few selected floors. Vending machine on all floors Spotted a luggage weighing machine on floor 16 when I went there to smoke. Not sure if it is available on other floors.

-No coffee provided in the room. Just green tea -Most restaurants in the vicinity close early. We wanted to get dinner at 8.30pm but the restaurants were closed or closing. However, there were several izakayas (drinking place serving snacks) that were still opened but all were full. We ended buying bento boxes in 7-11 as our dinner.

The room is extremely big and confortable for Japan standards and even European. We were in the last floor and the view was great. We were just one night so we cannot say nothing about the cleaning service.

TV was pretty small and the location is not great in the sense that there is nothing to visit in walking distance. However, there was a very nice supermarket in front of the hotel that was enough of an attraction for us!

We got in to Osaka pretty late at night so decided to pick somewhere near the airport to stay for the night. Got there around 10pm++ but the receptionist was pretty done, didn’t seem to try want to answer my questions. Unsure if it’s because of language barrier but that was definitely not the most pleasant experience.

Location is perfect, just a short walk (less than 10min) we reach the hotel.And opposite that's a supermarket which have all the stuffs for daily use & cook food to consume. Our room is at the last floor with good view & spacious for 4 adults.And allowed us for late check out without extra charge. Will visit here for our next trip.

This is a very nice hotel, on the way to Kansai airport. Early morning airport shuttle service was available. There were many selections during breakfast. Could be one of the many great choices for coming or going to the airport, or to the nearby Rinku Town. Osaka downtown is also accessible by rapid train. For the right price, I will stay again.

The breakfast was on the 3rd floor. A top-floor restaurant could have been nicer. But perhaps not within the current price range.
