Very nice rooms, spacious and with an enormous bed and nice bedding. Good bathroom and nice to have a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was also very good. Hadn't realised that à la carte cooked breakfast was included in the rate - so it was great to have freshly cooked poached eggs etc. The room was very quiet apart from a few early morning deliveries. Staff were really nice and helpful. Great spot with Wimbledon hill restaurants close by and really good walks on the common and in Cannizaro park

All good. I'm not a huge fan of dogs in the breakfast room but most people don't seem to mind

The room was superb - plenty of room, lovely en suite with quality products. Comfortable and cosy. Facilities in the room were much appreciated: quality tea and coffee, etc. The beds were very comfortable. We booked a twin room, and these were good-sized single beds. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being next to a busy road and having a pub downstairs. The staff were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was spot on. Parking was also a major plus.

Honestly, there was nothing. No wonder the place is booked up so much. It's a little more expensive than the prem inn/ travelodge but well worth it.

The bed was comfy and large and the room was spacious! Especially compared to other places we have stayed in and around London. Check in was easy and free parking was a great bonus. We liked the cosy but modern feel. Coffee machine & tea selection was great! With some bottled water also in the room. Great location to have a stroll around Wimbledon or within a short walk to get public transport into the centre of London! The pub wasn’t open til late so our stay was very quiet which is always a bonus! We really enjoyed our one night stay

We ate on the restaurant for convenience and service was a bit slow. However, in all fairness it was a busy lunch period and a kids fair nearby with face painting happening outside so it was busy. The rooms are level with the car park, so you lose a bit of privacy if you want to relax during the day (there are both black out curtains and blinds, but with no overhead lights, it was a bit dark if you didn’t want people looking into the room)

Friendly and helpful staff Little touches to the room like coffee machine and snacks Llittle blue guide book was a great help for explanations, facilities, room service, etc Rooms are good a size and clean, and beds are comfortable. The food is amazing. Close to lots of shops and transport.

These are all minor and in no way detracted from our stay...more of an improvement guide: Pillows are way too soft and hardly any stuffing, so I had to use 2 to sleep on, but we found them to be a bit lumpy, too. The toilets are not great throughout the hotel. We found the seats very low and small, and you almost sit on the inside rim. There are no accessible plug sockets by the beds for charging phones, etc.

Spacious room with large comfy bed and high quality sheets. Loved the honesty basket with snacks and real milk for tea and coffee with it's own espresso coffee machine. We were on the top floor which was lovely and quiet. Bathroom modern and stylish. Food in restaurant looked good and great atmosphere but best to book. Wimbledon village high street is lovely with restaurants and coffee shops. Easy to get into London to work. We will be back!

Nothing - it was fab!

Everything was wonderful - the hotel itself, the location, the staff, so friendly, courteous, efficient, helpful. A wonderful vibe as soon as you walk in - we came in by way of the pub, but there is a different entrance too. Amazingly quiet at night, didn't hear anything. A real neighbourhood, in Wimbledon Village, across from Wimbledon Common, about 12 minutes walk downhill to the tube station, or a short bus ride. Fabulous place. Lots of television stations, a bathtub.

Nothing not to like.

I can not fault our stay at the Rose and Crown. The hotel/pub is so very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The rooms are well equipped with lovely added special touches such as a well stocked honesty basket (perfect for those late night snacks) and homemade shortbread biscuits. The linen and bedding made the sleep comfortable and the towels were super soft. Breakfast was beautiful and the resident pooch was super cute and friendly. Perfectly located for New Wimbledon Theatre - Ubers are readily available and reasonably priced.

Nothing.

Great location, spotlessly clean, full of local character with the rooms being above the pub, and delicious food throughout our stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating and there was a great array of choice for breakfast. We will be back.

One small improvement that I think could be made is better lighting in rooms.

The huge and very comfortable bed. The beautiful shower. The clean bins everywhere! The coffee, tea, snacks, menu on the table. The Holy Bible on my side table. The window: I was able to open! The air conditioner was super. (I didn't feel cold on these cold days.) The super lights, bulbs, made good mood for me. The blanket. The clean, white, hard, ironed duvet cover. The SKY telly. etc. etc. etc. Oh, the restaurant and pub. Super drinks, delicious food. I ate Devon crab salad and beer Haddock. I drank a Swedish blue fruits cider. The easy-going and very intelligent and kind, helpful staff. The pretty faces of the employees. Oh, the bus stop is close to the hotel. It is super. You can go everywhere soon. Perfect location. Fresh air. Clean street. Clean parking place. A super frisco (garden pub outside under the shadow). A lot of very happy but elegant, culture, high level guests.

It is a dog friendly hotel. I didn't like: I don't have a dog, at the moment.

Faye and the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, couldnt do enough. Beds sooo comfy and air con kept us cool on hottest week of the year. Food lovely, great little courtyard for hot evenings and homely atmosphere inside for dining or just chilling.

Leaving too soon! Whish we booked longer, but, we aim to come back with more family next year.
