The staff are great, very helpful, they speak multiple languages and they were happy to assist me with everything I needed. They booked me onto tours, there’s a swimming pool, good breakfast, tea and coffee and water all day, luggage storage , WiFi is brilliant as well.

I liked it

I booked and paid for the room before I arrived. When I got there I realized you all don't use cash and my card was not working up there and I couldn't pay the security fee. I guess if I did not find a way out I would have to sleep in the lobby, I was not allowed to go to the room unless I paid that fee. Also, the ceiling was always leaking due to condensation I sm back home now, I see where the security fee of 100 us dollars was removed from my account and has not been sent back as they ressured me it would. When I emailed quality Inn, I was told the money was not removed. But my bank statement says otherwise and I did contact the bank. The money is not there.

The breakfast was simple. The eating area clean and staff on hand to refill some items that ran out

The Airport shuttle was the worst part of my stay. We waited on it from around 1pm at gate 15 in MIA. There was no 2pm or 3pm shuttle and had to end up paying an Uber to drop us at the hotel after 4pm(the driver drove along the extreme right lan and was unable to pick us up and did not return to do so).

Front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was decent, loved the waffle maker. Room was spacious with a large TV & the bathroom was clean with great lighting & mirrors. Check in did not take long at all.

The room wasn't swept properly, there were ants on the bed (not sure where they came from) & there were stains on the bedding. The lighting in the room itself was two lamps which was a bit strange but it was fine

I didn't like the fact that the breakfast menu didn't change I was there frm the 16 to 23 May 2023 ans every morning it's the same breakfast. The servers at breakfast only speak Spanish and barely understand a bit of English. The tv wasn't smart and it had about 7 channels to choose from. The cleaners didn't even change the sheet on the bed for the one week I was there. They only change the towels and empty the bins. Need improvement

The breakfast was good I ate every day until the last day everything is very clean in the breakfast area. The city is clean not crowded I like that . Most of people that I met on the streets are visitors, according to my experiences this is a perfect place for visitors.THANS

Add more flavor in the breakfast

Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs in a warmer tray was an exceptional touch. Rooms roomy and well fitted out.

Arrived early, and we were stonewalled at reception. Bad day? A bit later, a second person confirmed our reservation was in good standing and smiled. One of two waffle cookers was operational without apology.

We had no idea that we needed to call the hotel in order to get the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. There was no indication anywhere that we needed to call. We saw numerous other hotels’ shuttles come around every few minutes, and we saw the courtyard hotel’s van leave just as we were arriving to the pick up spot, so we had no reason the think we needed to call. As well, we spoke with 2 of the other Marriott drivers who didn’t indicate we needed to call. A note in the email confirmation would have been very helpful. We waited for over 45 minutes as we were trying to be patient. Communication would have been very helpful.

The rooms was good according to my expectations and what I paid for. I liked the suttle service from and to the airport. Ariel, the driver was expeptional.

The hairdryer in my room did't work. Because I was in hurry in the morning for my early flight, I coiuldn't ask for a good one.

good location close to some restaurants, took an Uber to Walmart too, clean, very friendly staff and small hotel with a nice pool too. It felt safe and friendly and the transfer from the airport was very friendly too once I figured out I should call ahead. It is close to the airport but rooms are silent.

it was difficult to catch the transfer upon arrival at the airport but it finally arrived, look out for the Wyndgate green colored van. The hotel was pricy but not more than others in the area..
