I was extremely impressed with the staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They were quick to want to help resolve any wants and needs my family and I asked. The one person that stood out the most was the over night front desk employee. I believe her name was Martha, She was amazing. she help us so much when checking in because our reservation was not appearing in the system. She call everyone she could at 2-3 o clock in the morning to help resolve the problem. Plus she was also so sweet and patient I will not hesitate to book with or suggest Marriott again.

I could not find not one thing I didn’t not like.

We had a wonderful stay. Overall, this is a very nice, family-friendly place. Everything was clean, and the pool was perfect for the kids. The accommodations were comfortable for our group of eight, and we really loved the overall atmosphere. It is very close to the airport, which is convenient. I highly recommend this place for families looking for a great getaway!

I was disappointed that no breakfasts were available since the room had a kitchen. As a family-friendly place, it doesn't have a bar open until late, which might be a downside for some. We had some trouble with the AC, figuring out that since it's central AC, we had to open the vents inside each room, so it was a bit confusing. Also, it's somewhat far from Miami Beach (around 40 mins) and other attractions in Miami.

The front desk was Beyond professional/personal. It meant everything to us. The actual villas, Beyond perfection! I'd love to stay here forever. Not one complaint. Even the guy who drove the shuttle was helpful/friendly. The pool area was the writing on the cake because the villas/staff alone was the cake, icing, and ice cream. Grills at the pool, pool tables, and other games. Can't wait to visit again. It was 100%better than the cruise.

Leaving

The location. The room has everything that you need and is very spacious. And my daugher loved the pool 😁

-The parking lot. There were fruit trees and they fell on the car or you have to ride on the fruits what makes your car dirty (those small purple kinda fruits) - the worker who wash the place in the morning makes everything wet so when you want to use the luggage cart, your luggage will also get wet. And the carpet in front of your door will also get wet.

all the appliances and amenities it came with it it was like you never left home!

I like the initial check in scenary. It was peaceful clean and had a good representation for the holiday season. There was a christm as tree in the main lobby seating was comfortable. the convenience of the store coming off the road was a nice plus. checking in staff was polite and attentive.

I wish it was closer to the Miami strip! but still was perfect

Location (nice, quiet neighborhood), market close, Dolphin mall close. This place was as described. Pool was heated and open untill 11pm, pool area nice! Views amazing!! We loved it! Hotel staff were very friendly! Room was very spacious, clean and everything in there was perfect.

The rooms were spacious and super clean and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was well equiped including a dishwasher . The villa had 3 TVs and i liked that there was a washer and dryer in the room. I loved the furniture and lighting in the rooms. The room were so cozy. The property was well maintained and good for a early walk. Loved it.

There was no airportshuttle and no breakfast included. The checkout time could be 11o'clock instead of 10 o'clock

The apartment accommodations are very good space for a family of 6-8 people . Pool are very nice and location is excellent to go around miami .

Some of the things inside should be updated like the shower , A/C unit . The toilet was leaking from the hose and the shower head was difficult to set it on worm water .

I LIKE THE ROOM WHICH IT WAS 3 BEDROOM, LIKE THE POOL AREA, AND CLEAN ONE DAY BUT THAT WAS OK.

I DIDN'T LIKE THAT WE HAD TO PAY $5 FOR EVER PACKAGE WE ORDERED TO SHIP TO THE HOTEL OTHER THAN THAT THIS HOTEL WOULD BE MY NUMBER 1 CHOICE FOR VACATION, SHOPPING TRIPS, QUICK TRIP, I JUST NEED FIND A HOTEL THAT DONT CHARGE FOR PACKAGES EXAMPLE: HOLIDAY INN DONT CHARGE IF YOU ARE A MEMBER FOR PACKAGES.
