Clean hotel. Friendly responsive helpful & caring reception crew and a lovely professional excellent hotel manager. Air condition worked great in the room and in all hotel areas. Good size of the room. Breakfast was not bad with a big variety. Very nice waitresses and cleaning staff. Very good connection for various public transportation within 2-5 minutes walk.

The design of the hotel is very tacky & cheap. (Pink purple and red colors) Highly recommend a small touch up but very necessary renovation in the hotel. Carpets in the corridor and rooms should be changed small maintenance work should be done in the rooms corridors and hotel. (Paint, small defects on mirror doors etc…) For two nights unfortunately Netflix on the smart tv in the room didn’t work for me so was very disappointing. The Manager of the hotel with the technical staff took care of it and fix it happily.

Breakfast is nice, quite a lot of choices. Location is 25 minutes of walk to the city castle and 20 minutes to the city centre, public transport is just in front of the hotel. Cleaning of the room is on request, but they cleaned our room on the second to last day (3rd day) of our stay, even if we didn't ask for it.

Carpets in halls and in our room are dirty. We asked for a room without a carpet due to allergies, they confirmed, but upon arrival, the room was not available for the first night of our stay. Shower head was leaking.

The staff at the reception and at breakfast are very friendly and helpful, the hotel's location is good, easy access to centre - short walk, late check-out, easy and secure parking in garage (extra fee) or plenty of outdoor parking next to the hotel. Great breakfast with a lot of food choices. We liked the Superior room, which is very spacious, has a comfortable bed, a free minibar and the possibility of using the VIP room on the ground floor of the hotel, where free snacks and drinks are available.

The organization and communication between the staff at breakfast may be a bit lacking. If there are a lot of people in the breakfast room, some food can run out quickly and take a while to be replenished (e.g. pancakes, milk in the coffee machine...). We suggest that one person from the kitchen just monitors the situation and then directs the other employees what needs to be replenished. We suggest that you replace the coffee machine, which makes excellent coffee, but is extremely slow and unnecessarily creates a big crowd in the room. In the privileged room, sometimes certain food ran out (canapés, croissants...) and then after intervening at the reception, it took quite a while for it to be replenished

All went well. I really had no issues. Staff was very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and cozy and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom shower was hot and relaxing. All appliances worked well and were more than adequate. The Internet connection was OK both in the room and in the lobby. The cleaning, upon request, was done to my satisfaction. The breakfast was great and the restaurant was delicious. Also, location wise, getting from the hotel to the city and back is very handy with the Tram stop right across the street.

The cleaning policy is, by default, not every day, but if you wish for the room to be cleaned every day, you can just ask for it. The wardrobe had a door that did not open wide, but it was not a problem. I could not make the cast from my smartphone to the TV work, but in the end, I did not really need it. Perhaps the room is a bit dark, once the curtains are closed? Anyway I found the open shower a bit weird, but just I closed the bindings, no big deal since I travelled alone. Perhaps the hallways could use a little renovating, they looked little worn out.

Everything was great. Starting with the location, which is at walking distance from Bratislava Hlavna Stanica and also to the main touristic attractions. The reception, the hallways and the rooms smelled amazing, (we ended up buying the same room freshners for our home 😅), they were extremely clean, well taken care of, and properly set up so you don't miss a thing. We originally stayed here last summer and because we loved it, we decided to go back this month. Andreea and Milan at the Front Desk were more than helpful and they were super attentive to anything we may need, so thank you, both! We were truly impressed with their breakfast options, as I was looking forward to it from the first time we tried it. Whether you enjoy a sweet or a savory breakfast, there's truly a lot to choose from, from fresh cut fruits and veggies to fresh cut meats or warm breakfast options and, of course, pastries, cereals, and juices & coffee or tea. For dinner, we decided to only have dinner at their restaurant because while the menu is not large, it is nevertheless delicious. We loved this place the first time, and still love it to this day. We will for sure be back ♡

The room was great and clean and the staff were excellent and accommodating, giving you info on the city upon arrival. We didn't eat at the hotel but the coffee from the bar was great! The location was fantastic too with the tram down into the historic centre opposite the hotel. Also the hotel is a 30 minute bus journey (1-2 Euro cost) from the airport.

We had to move rooms as somebody else was smoking inside their room and it was coming through the vent into our bathroom and stunk the room out. Staff were completely understanding though and upgraded us free of charge.

Easy access by bus to the centre. Regular trams outside the hotel and cheap. Room was excellent value, clean and very comfortable.

The hotel is not 'in the heart' of Bratislava as described on Booking.com Tried to eat there twice. The restaurant is quite bland in appearance. There was a large Christmas party going on the first night which spilled over into the communal areas and the second night, when we didn't want to leave the hotel to eat due to the weather, the restaurant had run out of several items on the menu, resulting in no vegetarian options.

Both room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. Excellent cooked breakfast with a full range of options. All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful (and also fluent in English). The location is quiet and slightly out of the centre but well served by public transport. A tram stop is just a few yards from the hotel and there are plenty of buses from the main station, which is a short walk away.

The room and bathroom are separated by a clear glass window with drapes which can be drawn across. I was a single occupant so it didn't matter to me, but some people may be put off by this arrangement.

The breakfast was very good with 6 choices of cereal all the usual breads cakes hams cheeses fruits etc multi hot and cold drinks on the hot side you had eggs bacon sausage beans hash browns toaster The location was 300 metres from the station just walk down from the station and it’s on the right just past the tram and bus terminals about half hour walk to the old town on 10 mins on the tram which seem to run every 5mins excellent service

The room had a separate toilet but the shower had no door which seemed a little strange at first sight until we noticed the screen / curtain so not a problem whatsoever and plenty big enough

Spacious room with a funky style in decoration. Maybe not to everyone's taste but perfectly comfortable. Very good breakfast with plenty of options and good hours from 6.30-10.30

The bathroom layout is odd with a glass wall between bedroom and shower although a curtain for discretion can be pulled across. The WC is in a room of it's own but no hand basin in there. The shower set up creates an unavoidable flooded floor (it's not a true wet room but water escape is unavoidable). A minor gripe in our room was that the fridge light flickered, creating a strobe light effect on night one - easily solved by unplugging. The location is great if you require the Hlavna Stanica central train station but it's a good 20 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the pedestrianised streets of the old town. Bear this in mind if you have limited mobility. It is well served by public transport though
