Locations was perfect to explore Slovakia as it was walkable distance to city centre approx 25 minutes walk. Room was huge and spacious, we loved that room had fridge and kettle provided with tea coffee sachets. Shops and restaurants were all nearby as well. You have to collect the keys from the other reception desk as well which we were informed in advance.

Bedsheets had kinda offensive smell and the staff at reception was not friendly or welcoming. However, during our checkout the other guy was very friendly and approachable.

The hotel is located in the center, right next to the Hodžovo namesti bus stop. The staff is helpful, nothing is a problem. The room equipment is very nice, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is in a nearby cafe, there is a sufficient offer, the food is tasty.

It must be said that I was not informed in advance that the reception is in a completely different building. This is written on the sign at the front door. The reception is about 40 meters around the corner, it is not a problem to find it. But some more detailed information sent in advance would be appropriate.

The apartment was as expected, this means excellent :) It was on a top floor so maybe not the best choice for elderly or physically challenged but for us it was not an issue. Location is great, just a few hundred meters form the old town where we had breakfast. If / when we will stay in Bratislava I will check and book it again if it will be available. That says it all I guess ;)

The only thing we didnt like so much were the very big / high pillows. But we survived.

The hotel is in a great location, just 10-15 minutes from the Castle hill (depending on how well you climb hills :) ). In the morning we went to Devin and the 29th bus station is also very close. We came to the city by bus and it took us about 30 minutes of walk till we came to the reception and we liked that there was a possibility of late check in and out. The reception belongs to another hotel, and we lived in the house next to it, It was with the 19th century atmosphere - 'real' windows, high ceilings, very aesthetic. It was warm at night. Breakfast was also nice.

The room could have been a bit more clean

The room was super clean and comfortable. Super cozy and really hot. Two men who supported us in the reception were really kind and supportive regarding our requests. We even leave our luggages due to early check in.

The breakfast options were ok the staff though… oh my god. Especially the one with the long ponytail, was one of the rudest people I have seen. We went there at 9:50 for her to tell us ironically that we have to leave in 10 min. The next day she was starring at us at 10:01 with one colleague and talked in their language. Was the only thing that we don’t like.

The most comfiest bed and comfortable room we have. Tbh, I don't want to leave the bed in the morning 😁 we stayed in the penthouse/attic area, a little struggle with the stairs and luggages, but we don't mind having a bit of exercise. The location is perfect! Just walking distance to the town and nearby restaurants, shops etc. Very convenient area! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend and be back!

The hotel is amazing, has amazing rooms, very clean and spatious for a couple. It has good breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's 2,3 minutes walk from the old town, and 2,3 min away from the hotel is full with bar and restaurants. Everything is super. They have also a closed parking spot, you only have to tell them you need one. It costs 15 euro pro day, but it is safe. We stayed there 2 times, and i already booked it again for september. I definitely recommend this place

It was a good location for our long stay in Bratislava. About 10 minutes walking distance from the city center, and two bus stops from the central train station. The room was well warmed, we had the amenities we needed. The reception was also there to answer our questions.

The app used for casting to the tv didn't function correctly for us, but this wasn't a much of a problem, since the YouTube app on the tv worked perfectly fine as a good alternative.

You can tell the hotel has great management. They sent you very detailed information where to check-in. So it was really easy to find it. Guys at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The location is amazing, within walking distance from city center. Loved the building - well renovated, clean and bright. Room was better than expected. We would definitely like the same one next time we visit. Huge thanks to the staff for making us feel welcomed.

Everything was excellent! The room was very clean, very warm, cozy and beautiful! The location is perfect for walking around all the historic center and the city in general even during late at night without the noise of the center! At almost 100m from the hotel there is a bus stop for the bus 93 that leads to the train station in order to take the train for another city or the bus 61 (airport). We would choose it again!!
