Hotel is in a great location in the village, only about 100 yards to the super cool "Cabriolet" lift that takes you to the base area. Room was larger than expected and very comfortable bed. Bathroom fairly small, but I'd rather have the space in the room. Great buffet breakfast always refreshed. Hot tub was fantastic as well. Friendly staff.

Watch out, as the garage cannot accommodate roof boxes, or taller vehicles. Our Mercedes GLK 350 is 70" with roof bars and we just fit, but had to take off the Thule box. I believe the max was about 73".

Our stay was amazing! The staff were so helpful and accommodating & went out of their way to assist us! They communicated in English once they knew we were from Australia & knew we did not speak French! MJ was the receptionist when we arrived and she allowed us an early check in, upgraded our room to one with a view and we believe we must have got the best room in the hotel! It was huge, comfortable bed, big kitchen, lovely lounge, a deck to view the village and a pristine bathroom! The staff were so attentive & friendly and offered suggestions for restaurants etc in Mont Tremblant. We had secure underground car parking for our hire car which we didn’t need to use at all for our time in the village. There was also a washing machine & drier available for guests. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing really! We did have trouble with the Wifi initially as it would not connect or would drop out but they tried to find a way to reconnect for us. The pool & spa were not open but of course it was just early June & perhaps not really summer!

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel which is situated near the heart of the beautiful Mont Tremblant village. The superb Cabriolet rides are less than a five minutes walk away. There is a serene lake behind the hotel which is an idyllic place for a stroll. Very clean facilities. The rooms were stocked with all essential amenities from fluffy towels to toiletries to coffee machine to microwave oven etc. Kind and professional staff. Convenient underground parking garage which is connected to the hotel by elevators. The swimming pool and whirlpool are fantastic and heated! The breakfast offering is decent and satisfactory complete with the typical fare of eggs, sausages, breads, juices, coffee/tea. But a unique offering were the two pancake machines- a must try! Overall, I absolutely loved this hotel and wholeheartedly recommend all visitors to experience this wonderful hotel.

location was central and easy access

I was charged a deposit that was not on my folio. I only learned of this charge when I got home and checked my credit card provider. It took several calls to connect with someone who could tell me why the charge to my credit card was not what I was given on my folio. I'm told it will be returned in a few days but why is it there at all? 1) I paid the bill in full upon my departure and 2) there should NEVER be a charge without my knowledge.

Breakfast was packed as it was labour day morning during our stay there. Therefore we were not able to enjoy that experience as a family of 6. Although we were able to get some food to our room from the breakfast bar even though it was close to the cut off time of 10:30. Outdoor pool was not cold which was nice unsure if it was a heated pool or the weather that made the water warm. Front desk staff and manager were extremely nice, welcoming, accommodating and very playful with our kids. We enjoyed their friendliness and customer service. Best hotel. Looking forward to coming back for a longer stay the next time around.

Good choice for breakfast - fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereal, cooked elements, pancakes, muffins and bread. Also hot drinks and cold juices available and delicious cinnamon buns! Our family room was a great size with lovely fire place and large bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The hotel was in a great location close to the ski lifts, right in the middle of the village ( but not noisy) and easy to access by car (with lovely heated car garage).

When we stayed during the UK Feb half-term there were a number of schools staying at the hotel. This meant that it took a couple of mornings to find a time slot when the schools weren't having breakfast - otherwise it was a long queue and sometimes tricky to find somewhere to sit and eat. You were able to take items back to your room, but this wasn't our preference. It also meant that hot items disappeared very quickly with hungry school children, although the teacher did do their best to police this a bit and the hotel worked hard to replenish food.

Perfect location located in the heart of Tremblant's ski village. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Quick 1 minute walk to the Cabriolet lift that takes you directly to the base of the mountain. The location serves as a great launch pad to dabble in all the activities that the area offers, skiing, shopping and dining. I initially booked three nights at the hotel and was then able to secure another day off personally so I booked a room at a nearby hotel for one quick night. My intention was to go to the Holiday Inn first thing in the morning to ask and use their parking facilities and then check in later that afternoon. To my surprise at 8:00 in the morning the room was ready and they allowed me to check in 8 hours sooner. Kudos to that. Our room was located at the far end of the hallway so it was quiet out of the way. It was actually upgraded to a room with small kitchen facilities which was a nice bonus. The facilities may appear a little dated in spots here and there, but for a place to crash your head there wasn't much more that I was looking for or needed. The free complementary breakfast was updated each day so it wasn't stagnant. The facilities offer storage lockers and they provide you a complementary lock in which to store your gear. The hotel offers under ground heated parking at $20/day which is reasonable.

Our room faced the mountain with a wonderful view but the nightclub kept us awake. Bring earplugs or activate a white noise device/sleep beats. Only one elevator working so we always took the stairs. Not a problem for us but 3 days with an out of service elevator seemed long considering how busy it was.

The staff was very friendly. The woman at the front desk at check in was so nice, helpful and kind. It is 100 meters walking from a small (free) gondola that takes you to the start of the skiing area. That gondola takes only around 3 minutes and avoids walking through the village up hill in ski boots. Breakfast was decent with various options, there is a hot tub outside but it is small. The fitness room is very small but they do have a few things and and a sauna. There are two lifts but also stairs you can take. Parking is underground and covered. There are lockers for skis and they provide you a personal combination lock. Our room was great, we had the room with two double beds and an extra sitting room with a sofa and kitchen. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants.

Slightly dated and very busy hotel. We managed it with out a problem but just to be aware. I believe all hotels in the village are this way. Breakfast area was packed but we were able to get our breakfast and eat in our room easily. These items are minor and we would stay here again.
