EVERYTHING!! From the moment you arrive they make you feel like you are the only guest and they were waiting for you. I cut myself unloading our suitcase and was offered medical services right away (declined First Aid but accepted band aids : ) The room was super elegant. The exercise room was fully equipped and you could see the ocean from the elliptical machines. The dinner was outstanding. The dishes were superb. The breakfast was a dream: Buffett to suit any taste. I requested that our 33rd Anniversary was mentioned AND THEY HAD WINE, CHOCOLATE AND FLOWERS WAITING IN OUR ROOM!! I wish there was an 11 for this hotel, the 10 is not enough!!

It is on us! : ) It was difficult to figure the lightning controls. They could be a bit more intuitive. We were sure they could come help us right away but were more focused on going for a walk and enjoy the great area where the hotel is located.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful and well-appointed; this extended to the bathroom with the incredible shower and vanity area. The lobby bar was also fantastic, with very friendly staff, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel is in a great area with beautiful ocean views if you face the water; there is also a very cool outdoor mall right across the street along the cliff face, which is a great place to shop and grab a great quick lunch.

They were doing construction during our stay renovating the upper floors, so during the day, some audible noise was present, but it was always quiet at night.

The management and office staff (sadly) Heinz Prelle (GM) and Kira Farias have ignored all my comms (despite the latter being named as a contact point for in another persons Out Of Office) They have also ignored booking.coms constant attempts to contact them to resolve a matter I raised on the 1st Jan prior to my stay.

I love this place. I had an emergency, one of my kids was very sick and I had to take her to the er, when we came back I told the lady at the lobby because I was getting a separate room for her, and they send her a little get well card with a cup of hot tea to the room. It was very nice. And the bar... we love it.

I like it all.

If I had to pick something, rooms could have better soundproofing. Luckily most nights were fine but the final night there were many people who checked in late on my floor, and I could hear lots of noise directly next door while neighbors unpacked late at night. I'm very sensitive to noise so wanted to share if that might be helpful

Clean, beautiful, modern facilities. Excellent food and drinks on site. The best gym I have ever seen in a hotel. Location is fantastic.

Very pricy and a bit stingy with the bottled water. Breakfast was tasty but needs more options.

All was amazing except the last day that I had to leave and there was no hot water in the hotel, I didn’t had any type of compensation, and I had not solution from the hotel.

The buffet breakfast was amazing. As well as the service the service was dynamic so friendly and completed our stay we would come back over and over and over again

Aside from its architecture and needless to say, LOCATION!, LOCATION! LOCATION!, rooms were good size, well cleaned, sanitized (after all it's COVID SEASON) the carpet vacuumed even under the bed (all that affects my nasal at night) felt clean against my feet, comfortable, it was a well ventilated room (trust me, I can tell otherwise, couldn't quite get your coffee machine going thou.) very comfortable firm beds, (I'm a stickler for a proper mattress) pillows must say "not so much" perhaps a bit more firmer (or that could be just me, or even perhaps a selection of pillows as a service). We had a meal plan, breakfast usual stuff, but the local version, quite tasty and filling, (GREAT COFFEE) the dining area which overlooked the ocean was a great setting for our meals , wait staff most accommodating, friendly (got some good tips from our waiter, forgive me, whose name escapes me, I APPRECIATE YOU!!) (PEOPLE, MOST OF YOU DON'T TIP, IF YOU GET PROPER SERVICE! A TIP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED, because you have a meal plan MEANS NOTHING!!!). The true trophy of the JW Marriott Lima is it's Staff, from the beginning of our booking, response time was immediate from JW Marriott Lima, beyond accommodating, the front desk especially (no matter how many times I demagnetized my room key, it was always returned with a warm smile and a Thank you (which just made it more personal for me). The Front men (door men) were always accommodating, providing transport and bits of information regarding our trip, often asked upon our return how was our trip/day really appreciate that.

I find for such nonparallel service from all the JW MARRIOTT LIMA staff, the Lobby is left to be desired, a bit depressing, dark, dreary, yet your Front Desk staff shined through, Cheers to them.

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff and probably the best breakfast I had at a hotel in a long time. Rooms were nice and spacious enough, with a comfortable desk to get work done.

A relatively small remark, but there was no free WiFi unless you sign up for Marriott Bonvoy (which is free, but still annoying if you don't have an account yet). Other than that the stay was perfect
