The staff was extremely good… quick response to problems and queries…

Well there r always problems but the thing is how early u get a solution for that so for that the staff was outstanding in resolving those issues.. one issue was the door of the bathroom is too hard to open nd it is not a possibility that it keeps open so u ah e to push it so hard.. secondly shower has sliding door nd evn if the door is closed water still comes out of shower nd gets the whole bathroom wet( literally full of water). Secondly evn the tv was smart tv but none of the applications were working! We did suhoor in eamadan that was ok..

Rooms were quiet, beds comfortable, bathrooms well done, lots of room in the room, breakfast nice, easy to get a taxi outside hotel.

Staff has almost zero English language skills. I sent many messsges to add a night to my stay and no one responded. I called and no one picked up. I had to go online and add another night with a separate reservation which added work in check in and payment and lots of confusion due to language barrier.

Very very good hotel. We had best experiences over there. All of the staff was really gave us excellent services especially one Indian or Kerala guy at breakfast area really friendly and helpful. Overall we were satisfied. Will recommend to other people.

Only one comment.. On 23rd Feb morning we informed one Saudi lady at the reception to inform housekeeping staff to clean the room but that work not done.

the room is very large, clean and modern the reception is open non-stop I was there for the formula 1 event, and the location was quite close to the event and to the airport

quite dirty outside, it was impossible to walk you can't drink coffee until 10 o'clock, only the one from breakfast, which wasn't the best

first the check in i was not happy the lady at the counter was not nice and helpful (she wouldnt even give me a third room card, even though we paid for 3 people) however it was late and i wanted to get some sleep. When i went downstairs the next day Amir was very helpful and a pleasant person to talk to. I will come back because of his support.

Breakfast buffet, easy to get taxi outside, close to airport, about 25 minutes from tourist sites which wasn’t too far for me.

No one spoke any English. Not a requirement to be fluent but no basic English for a tourist regarding checking in and out, laundry, shopping, etc.

Perfect for a short break before heading to Makkah for Umrah. Very clean and good facilities with courteous staff and easy parking. Breakfast is Continental but you can ask for fresh cooked eggs.. omelette, fried or scramble. Price point is good for the quality of accommodation.

Nothing really

The location was just about 30 minutes from the airport.The staff was friendly and efficient. It is a great place for business trip or for a short stay at Jeddah.

The hotel is pretty nice and has an excellent location, 10 minutes by car to the airport. Rooms are big and comfortable but the staff is quite incompetent. It took them 2 hours to process the check in. Even though, I would recommend the place because is worth it. Besides, the hotel has a nice pool and a gym.

The location was not good for me, it is hard to find a nearby good restaurant. The timing of the gym was not suitable as it is conflicting your daily schedule, they could have open the gym at early morning and extend the closing time for the people who want to work out at night, I believe the current timing of their gym is 9:00am to 6:00pm.
