The location was great and the reception staff were very nice.
We stayed for 8 nights, were told we would get one day house keeping and cleaning, but we did not get any at all! The sofa seemed to be broken and very uncomfortable, we were not able to sit on for long. The air con was very weak and seemed to keep turning off and re-booting. No aircon in the bedroom, BIG issue when the sun shines right in for several hours a day, this was NOT mentioned in booking sites at all, it should state there is only one in the lounge.

The modern, well-maintained apartment had everything we wanted, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. We were blessed to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with gorgeous views for our long stay. Many quiet and thankful moments were spent appreciating the 180-degree view of the sunrise and the sparkling city lights at night from the living room windows. It was a nice touch that 2 packs of milk were also provided in the fridge, which we gladly added to our coffee made with the coffee machine and coffee capsules provided. The bed was clean and comfortable and I slept well throughout our stay. The tram is just a few steps away so it was incredibly easy to explore the city. We were also lucky that pick-up points for two of our day trips were just conveniently located across the street.
The bedrooms were a little small as it was not possible to fully open our medium/large suitcases. Fortunately the bedrooms have large closets with a decent number of hangars. The views from the bedroom windows were just as gorgeous though.

We were 2 friends on holiday so our two bed, two bathroom apartment made our stay really comfortable. It was a good size with everything we needed. We loved the city views but the floor to ceiling glass walls on high floors might be a problem for some. It was great to be so close to trams on Collins Street and the Skyway bus to the airport at Southern Cross Train Station. We also felt safe. Front desk staff member, Abby, greeted us and checked us out. Shes a real asset- really helpful and efficient - we appreciated the way she cared about guests.
We had a few problems with communication and cleaning. The phone wasn’t always answered and we had trouble getting a few things we needed. We acknowledge everyone was trying to do their best.

Apartment was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. 2-bedder was 1 king (comprising 2 single beds) & 1 queen bed. Amenities were free flow, just need to call to ask for it. Prompt replies via imessage. Staff were really lovely and friendly.
Kitchen utensils were dirty when we arrived, but easily fixed with a cycle on the dishwasher. For a luxury accoms, kitchen utensils could be better / refreshed with a new set. Washing machine was dirty - mouldy like it wasnt dried out after each use / treated regularly. More amenities could be provided during housekeeping for long stay guests, so we dont need to ask for more supplies. But all these issues are easy fixes if you put in some time to clean / ask for things.

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 43rd floor was wonderful. Fully self contained - gas stove top, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full size fridge/ freezer, washer and dryer, crockery, cutlery and cooking pots and pans, utensils. Floor to ceiling windows provided amazing panoramic views. A little compact perhaps and while there was ample storage everywhere, I don't like putting my suitcase on bed - floor space in rooms limited. Lounge area comfortable. Screening blinds provided privacy and some protection from sun. Aircon vents in one bedroom and in lounge. Bathrooms good size with amenities. Comfortable beds. Check-in process seamless. Check-out a little less so. Any issues sorted out by very capable and responsive manager. Location on Collins street great for getting around on trams and a short walk to Spencer street station for Skybus. Lots of interesting cafes/ eateries nearby on Collins street. Royal Stacks burgers next door and Schmucks Bagels a brief walk away. Koi desserts at Queen Street. Tram stop closeby for shopping, markets and DFO South Wharf.
Check-out process for finalizing account. Incomplete paperwork. Manger sorting it out so no major issues. Very responsive to enquiries.

The apartment has stunning view and the size of the apartment is spacious for my family of 4. One of the room comes with air-conditioning. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The water pressure from the shower is strong. The apartment is so cozy and comfortable that it felt like home. I would also like to specially thank Ms Kylee Lowden, the General Manager of Collins House Apartment. I was very surprised to receive a personalized welcome message from.her. She has also kindly agreed to my request for a later than the standard check-out time, which is a great help to me as due to some injury, I am.unable to move around much. Thank you so much, Ms Kylee Lowden.
It would have been better if there are two bathrooms, but it's okay.

We truly loved our 51st floor apartment at the Collins House. We had a gorgeous view all day and night! The beds were comfy, the walk in showers were large, the kitchen was spacious, and the washer/dryer were perfect additions. I can’t say enough about the apartment or the wonderful staff at the Collins House Apartments. We would definitely stay there again and 100 percent recommend it to all. We were a family of four (adult kids) and we all loved it so much. It is an experience we will not forget. Made our time in Melbourne even more special. It was also right in the heart of the CBD (city) and close to the shops and water.
Everything was perfect. Apartment, staff, and location was perfect!!

Wonderful stay at Collins house. Stayed on a higher floor apartment - would recommend if possible as was quiet. Comfortable bed, large well thought out and nicely decorated apartment, great kitchen. Stayed for 1 week for work and would definitely come back next time I'm in Melbourne. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The apartment was nicer than it looked in the photos. Centre of the city and easy to get everywhere.
The wifi was patchy - had to use my cellphone wifi for work.

Great location Reasonable price Spacious room Have dryer and washer Water pressure ok Toilet clean First day and last day greeted by the manager through WhatsApp We were going on a cruise after we checked out, at first they didn’t accept luggage storage for more than 24 hours, but after I mentioned this to the manager, the manager helped me arrange my luggage storage for 3 days. I really appreciate her help!
The aircon doesn’t work, probably lack of servicing. The room was very hot during summer. They provided an air cooler after we complained, but the air cooler is too noisy to leave on overnight There isn’t a very convenient place to do makeup.

It was an apartment so no breakfast provided.
The arrangement was to ring a number provided and they would give us access to the building. We rang several times but no answer. Luckily we gained entry going in with another person who already had an access fob. When someone finally arrived at reception she said oh yes I could see you ringing but gave no explanation as to why she didn't bother to answer. I'm just pleased it wasn't raining, we would have been soaked waiting at the door.
