We enjoyed every minute here. It's new, clean, and nice. The mattress is fantastic, the kitchen is well equipped. There's one of the best playgrounds in Copenhagen and a fantastic coast walk too (with also a super playground). There's a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer too, so, we didn't miss a minute being together.

One note: some "buttons" would be necessary at the entrance to hang everyday things like coats, bags, shopping bags. I have shirts, suit, what I hang in the box but then long, wet coat can't go there...

Very comfortable and in a great location to public transport and a grocery store. The kitchen facilities in the room were just what we were looking for.

There was a small hiccup at the start of our stay when a baby cot was not set up in there when we arrived late in the evening, but the staff were very quick to remedy this and we appreciated that.

I felt like I was at the design museum and I love the concept of having tiny a kitchen in the room. We came in the autumn and it was such a nice closing for the day to have a cup of tea every night. Check-in and check out was fully automated. I barely had any interaction with the staff except via the Hotline.

The windows are not as airtight as I am used

Compact but well laid out and well equipped for a short stay. Kitchen had good equipment and the bed was comfortable. Excellent location just 20 mins from the city centre and a few mins walk from the metro, with decent supermarkets nearby. Staff were very responsive and helpful to the queries we had, and the self service check in and out was easy and efficient.

It would have been nice to have a proper cupboard or more shelving space for clothes, as there was very little place to unpack into. A broom in the apartment would have helped us to keep the floor clean - we didn’t need a full mid stay clean, but the floor could have done with a sweep.

The room was spotless and well-maintained. I was impressed by the high standards of cleanliness and the fresh, inviting atmosphere. It was clear that your team takes great pride in maintaining the hotel. The hotel’s location was perfect for our trip. It was close to metro station.

Very spacious apartment, warm, clean and close to both the airport, the city and amenities (5m to the Metro, supermarkets, coffee shops — I recommend Copenhagen Coffee Lab, brunch — I recommend Mad and Koffee, and take-away restaurants — I recommend Otto pizza. It was perfect for a family. There are also lockers so you can leave your luggage if you have a late flight.

There’s a hostel-type feeling to the shared spaces. also, the room was missing some basic things, like a hairdryer (which is available in the shared bathroom, but that’s not good)

The appartment its nice, it has all The apartment is very nice, it has everything you need. The kitchen is complete and very clean. The shower is small, but the hot water works well. The metro stop is very close and you can get to the centre in 15 minutes.

It is further away on foot.

Very clean, aesthetically designed room with good quality equipment. Attentive service. Quiet residential area with metro station nearby. Coffee capsules with a large supply - I appreciate it as a coffee lover.

The bed was absolutely amazing. I am tall, and this one was big enough for me.

Some simple facilities were missing. Something to hang your coat on for example. A tub to do the dishes in.

The hotel has a comfortable location. It is a quiet area with other residential buildings. The room was clean and comfortable. There were all kitchen utensils. It was not usual for everything to work automatically. You can communicate with the staff through a tablet or email. We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

The bathroom lacks a wardrobe. It's hard to leave things.
