All okey. Convenient location, great sea view, room super comfy!

The lobby itself not like a 5 star resort. Looks like a lousy normal condo lobby. Pool inside our room not properly maintained. Something just not right, i dont know is it because of the deco or it just not properly cleaned.

Staff friendliness, our own pool and steam room, the daily cleaning and top ups, food Warry in the small shop went above and beyond to help us. An asset to the hotel.

Have different fruit options at breakfast. A bit repetitive. Maybe all staff should have knowledge of opening times for restaurant, spa and shop. As some couldn’t answer this for us. Pool went green so maybe a 4/5 daily cleaning or at least a weekly one. Tour desk couldn’t help or suggest places / it was more of a taxi service as you just told them where you want to go. Also the 70myr rate per hour changed from 520myr to 800myr for 8 hours so we declined the trip. Not a great beach for swimming. Not much in area so had to travel.

The staff is great. Everyone is friendly and approachable, especially the beautiful people at the reception counter. I think your staff is the best feature of Lexis Suites in Penang. As my wife and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, the staff went out of their way to decorate one of the beds. This was unexpected! So any of you guys want to celebrate any sort of anniversary, head on to Lexis Suites (Penang), and you will not be disappointed!

The lighting for the mirror is pathetic. I wish it were a little brighter. I believe the bedroom should have another comfortable chair. As it is, one person sits and relaxes while the other just sits on the bed. Driving up and down the carpark can also drive you nuts with all the turns you have to make to reach it.

Room: We stayed in Executive Pool Suite. The bedroom is huge, got 2 kings bed, bed is also comfortable too Pool: Beautiful scenery facing the sea, and it is outside of the bedroom and you will get the sunlight while bathing in the pool. For smokers, u can smoke at the pool area as they provide u the ashtray Bathtub: Bathtub is also outside of the bedroom, both of my children enjoy the bathtub Sauna: Sauna is outside of the bathroom, we only use it for a few minutes Amenities: All is good Food: Plenty of food, but i expect they can topup the food faster.

Probably the only place we stayed at in Malaysia that felt like a real hotel. The staff had immaculate manners and even prepared our early breakfast to take away at 5:30am due to our early flight. I didn't try their restaurants but I strongly recommend taking a little walk outside (if you can brave the traffic whizzing by you on narrow roads) and trying the local cuisine there. It was probably the best food we had on our trip to Malaysia! There is also an excellent Chinese place behind the restaurant - try the crab or the shrimp there and you'll be blown away.

While the room with private plunge pool and steam room were great and the view from our room was fantastic, the remainder of the hotel from main pool to dining room and Sky Lounge wasn’t at the same level. The dining/breakfast room was the most disappointing of these.

The room has private pool and sauna. We enjoyed so much for both facilities. Customer service had performed excellent job too. The buffet breakfast offered varieties of food choices. My kids enjoyed kidz room and they loved playing ping pong too. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay in Pinang.

4 people stayed in the hotel. However, hotel only provided two big towels to us. After contacting the customer service, they delivered to us. Their customer service was good! Please continue to maintain the quality of services, food and cleanliness.

The concept of each suite having pools is brilliant. The airy corridors leading to the rooms add to the feel. Staff at the reception, in the restaurants and for housekeeping are extremely well-trained and nice. The rooms are clean, well-equipped and well-designed. The view from the windows is beautiful, and the rooms (“suites”) are well equipped. The breakfast was very good, even though it was quite busy. The bathroom is amazing, including the tub! The steam room is good too. The parking is free and is very good.

Thee poolsides had mould growing in the corners, not sure if much can be done due to the elements. A heated pool would be nice as well as its too small to swim laps in to warm up. All of the malls and other touristy activities are quite far. There are no good convenience stores within a safe walking distance and the tiny store opposite the hotel is really bad. The shop inside the hotel sells items at over twice the street prices (not a huge problem for a 5 star guest), and closes way too early! Long elevator wait times when busy.

I loved the private pool that came with the room. Perfect for having a little dip in private. There was a sauna room too, great for releasing some tension and the bathtub was big and just comfortable to relax in with warm water after a long day walk in Georgetown. Everything was perfect, even the bed was extremely comfy. The breakfast spread was ohhhh la la! International buffet spread and it was a wide range of spread and delicious! Level 8 of the building was also interesting as there are karaoke rooms at a price, gyms, swimming pool for those who'd like to take laps, an indoor playground for kids, some mini games to play between two people like congkak, carrom, chess and darts too. I thought it was great for those who just want to spent indoors in the hotel. The beach is also just right opposite the hotel, spectacular views! And there is also a durian shop just right out entrance. 10/10 recommend to stay here, its packed on the weekends still love it.

I dont think there is anything to dislike during our stay. We knew checking in was going to be late despite arriving in Penang via flight quite early in the morning. Our late checkout was accomodated for when we arrived for check in, i thought the process was smooth too.
