It is new, so everything was very fresh and clean. I didn’t eat in the restaurant, but the menu looked good and some people I talked to in the morning said the food was good.

The listing says there is an airport shuttle. This is a bit misleading. The airport bus stops there regularly (that’s good), but it cost $8NZ. That was not what I expect when a property states they have a shuttle. Other reviewers commented that it was a convenient location. Yes, in that it doesn’t take long to get to the airport, but it is in a very remote area. No other conveniences, like restaurants, close by. So either eat before you arrive, eat in their restaurant, or go without.

The room is clean. There is an airport shuttle bus for just NZD 8, but make sure to check the timetable. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and there’s nothing around. I ordered a soup and fried rice for dinner at the hotel. The soup was like water, and the fried rice didn’t taste any better. It is not a good value, so make sure to have your dinner or get takeaway before checking in to the hotel. Breakfast is also included, which is a bonus. However, it only offers instant coffee, and you have to pay extra for a proper coffee.

Clean/Comfortable room with new fixtures. The “Yellow” bus worked well, free from the airport to the hotel, by showing your Hotel reservation; $8.00 from the hotel to the airport.

Wonderful and attentive staff - and the bathroom was spotless with a really great shower. I enjoyed the option to order dinner as room service, as well.

I was annoyed at having to pay for the shuttle if I'm honest

Breakfast was great, good variety ,arrived too late for the dinner as we had a late book in. The food options would have satisfied us both. The price on the menu looked good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was close by and felt secure. Access to our first floor room was by elevator and the room was close by. There was no noise from the corridor and we didn’t hear any traffic noise . The room was compact with wardrobe and drawer.. Shower and toilet was clean . The guy on the front desk was cheerful and opened the Refreshments cabinet for us too. Location close to airport.

The cistern on the toilet kept running and needed attention. Whoever cleaned the toilets or the previous occupants should have reported this as the fix was a simple solution. The staff said they would sort it. There could have been a bit more milk.

The property is brand new and very close to the airport. The room has everything you need while traveling. The bed is comfortable and they have a free breakfast.

Little charges add up like the $10/hr for late checkout. Also the $8 per person shuttle charge was steep.

Amazing friendly efficient young staff. Beyond clean room. Exceptional help behind the main desk and eating area. Breakfast was not over the top but certainly enough to cater for all different tastes. And way less wastage that you see in self serve breakfasts in others accomodation. Toilets in the waiting area were immaculately clean. Very quiet area even though it has other businesses around it. Room was dark and very quiet even though we were on the road side of the building. But the staff in all areas were young professional and knew their jobs well. Our room was exceptionally clean and was not over the top. Enough of everything.

It was not that I did not like it, but something that could be made a little better. The out side area of the breakfast area was obviously a smoking area and it seemed a bit inappropriate to have it in this area. I don’t really know why I thought that but I did. Also the smaller blue couches in the waiting area look firm but when you sit on them you sink way down. This could be quite uncomfortable for older people to get up from.

Great hotel close to the airport. 24 hour reception with friendly helpful staff. Decent sized room, especially at the price. Good breakfast in the morning.

There is an airport shuttle which is great but you have to pay for it and we found that the bus cost the two of us more than catching an Uber.

Reception staff member extremely helpful and keen to provide anything needed to make our stay comfortable. Fried rice dinner was excellent-delicious and good value for money. Room size was quite good for this type of accomodation.

Considering this is an airport hotel and sleep is a priority, there needed to be more consideration made in designing it to be more sound proof. We were on the 1st floor and could hear people walking around above us. Could also hear noise in hallway as people came and went. Also the fact I couldn’t lock the door from the inside made me feel uncomfortable. Otherwise this is an excellent place to stay.

The accommodation was perfect for us for one night. We were grateful there was a small dinner menu available until 9pm. We had the singapore noodles which were delicious. We can't comment on the breakfast as we weren't there for it. The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We had our own car and it was great to have parking onsite provided for free.

Unfortunately there were no hand soap or shower soap dispensers. Instead there were small throwaway containers of body wash and conditioner provided. We had to resort to using these as there was no other choice. I would like to encourage the accommodation to use more environmentally friendly practices in this area. We were allocated room 101 which was the closest room to the lift which I usually try to avoid because by the lifts can be noisy from other guests. That said it was quiet in terms of guests. There was excessive noise coming from a vent on the roof beside us though so next time I would ask for a different room.
