Hotel Terminus & Plaza was a great base for exploring Pisa, with a convenient location just a 10-15 minute walk from the Leaning Tower. The breakfast offered excellent value for money, with a variety of options to start the day right. Rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Pisa!

Hotel was very clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of bread, croissant, meat, cheese, fruit.

Room had no view, window opened onto a gap in the building. This wasn’t any problem really.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room if a little dated. Great breakfast. Very close to railway station.

Slightly run down area but no real problems.

- The hotel is very close to the train station - Breakfast was quite good and diversified - Room was clean, well maintained, very clean bathroom - Staff was quite friendly, the receptionist gave us very usefull tips on what to visit and made a small itinerary for us - AC quite effective, we did not have any disconfort due to the heat outside

- Sound proofing is not so effective, it is easy to hear noises from street or from the other rooms

Location was great as a base, right near station and walkable into the city centre room was good, bathroom excellent, plenty hot water, clean, bed big , very firm mattress (but that's ok with us) it looked dated but that's because the wardrobe was big and very dark brown...but plenty of room to store clothes. view not great, but it is a city centre , staff nice, breakfast lovely (nothing hot) but plenty to choose from....nice fresh coffee alongside the machine too, fridge in room with water and juice to purchase.

Wasn't able to get tea/coffee after breakfast, no English speaking chanels on TV, did hear the neighbour chatting on phone, location of hotel is a bit rough ....but back streets of Italy are rough.

Friendly reception staff at both check in and check out. Staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Varied selection and something for everyone (cereals, yoghurts, fruit, bread rolls, ham, cheeses, sweet cakes and jams etc) . Breakfast area was very quiet. We could store our bags in the TV room so we could explore Pisa for the day before travelling onwards. Slept well as the room (409) was very quiet. Bathroom was clean and the pressure in the shower was good. There was a lift. The room was big (quadruple) and the hotel was central.

Mini fridge made a bit of noise.

It was great for 1 night stay to visit Pisa tower. Close to the train station and the airport. Good place to start or to end your trip in Italy taking trains to different directions. Our room was large and clean, breakfast was good and girl in there was very helpful.

They do not have a separate room for the luggage and we had to leave our bags in the sitting area which is away from the reception. I thought this might be a little unsafe and had to keep my passport with me walking in town. But all was ok. It is about 30 min walk to the Pisa tower but only a short walk from the train station which was exactly what we needed. Men in the reception area could be more polite.

From fresh pastries and fruits to savory selections, the breakfast at Hotel Terminus Plaza was a perfect way to start the day. The attentive staff in the dining area ensured that everything was well-stocked and presented. The rooms at the hotel were comfortable and well-maintained. The amenities provided added to the overall positive experience, and the attention to cleanliness did not go unnoticed. After a day of exploring Pisa, returning to a cozy and well-appointed room was a welcome retreat.

Nothing to be honest

This is a absolutely a great classic hotel just few steps from main train station of Pisa, but not close to be disturbed with any train noise. The staff at front desk very friendly and kind. As it is a classic hotel, front desk staff available 24/7 The room with 4 beds (one double and 2 single) quite large enough with 2 windows on 2 walls. The bathroom is in a separate area at the entrance of the room. Room spotless clean. Beds comfy. Bathroom freshly clean and all necessities available walking to Pisa tower is about 20 minutes make sure to ask staff to give you a tourist map with the best street to use for walking to see the most beautiful restaurent and stores in your way

Nothing bad. Everything really perfect. Well priced and city tax is minimal 2.5 Euro per person per night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who arrives to Pisa by train, literally 3 minutes walk!

Room was spacy, well equipped, quiet, including minibar, which we did not use but used a fridge for chilling the wine :-) All clean, nice. Excellent coffee - espresso and capucino from the right machine made by the waiter. great. also breakfast officially till 9:30 but at 10 still running....very relaxed :-) excellent location, next to the railway station, and to the main corso

Breakfast could be richer, was quite basic, missing eggs and bacon.
