Cool hotel. Amazing location. Professional service. Nice view. Tasty food. Nice welcome and goodbye present. Received very positive emotions after staying here. Driver helped to clean my car from snow :)

Very small room with a very small window - too dark. A small portion of such tasty food. Food is very expensive, but according to the taste of it - it's ok. My only advice - please increase its size. The pork rib was a surprise, that it is literally rib, not ribs :) BTW, such minuses doesn't affect effect from staying here.

I was surprised of the level of the kitchen. All meals were excellent, waiters was kind and helpful. The hotel itself modern, eco and quiet. I liked it.

Front desk forgot to include some points into the payment while check/out and then you have to pay after you left the hotel. It’s not comfortable. But I hope it was just reaction of the Christmas mood.

From the start to finish, our stay at this place was incredible. We got picked up from the place where we left our car, then received a welcome cherry tea with a little treat. Our bags got swiftly transfered into the room. The location, the immaculate design of the property was incredible. A nice surprise was fitness equipment in the rooms and superb saunas and yoga mats. We have also thoroughly enjoyed the evning meals where chef explained to us what went into every and each meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and always keen to offer tea or coffee. We really enjoyed super delicious and nutritious breakfast which was lasting us till the dinner time! A nice thing was that it was so ever slightly different every day and it arrived at lovely tiny dishes. The rooms are very well insulated and peacuful. Very good quality matterace, pillows and duvet made for a dream sleep. We used the hotel as our base for going running and it was absolutely wonderful.

I cannot honestly thing of anything bad...but perhaps a nice addition would be to have a mat in the room for muddy shoes.

We have had one of the best experiences at this property with a true sense of warm hospitality. Felt like Home while being far away from Home. Designed on a very minimalistic concept made out of natural materials yet very comfortable. Though a bit far from City centre, but totally away from all the traffic chaos and congestion. It is located right at the foothills of Tatra Mountains, with the cable car to Kasprowy Wierch being just few mtrs away and nearby to the locations for trekking and mountaineering. The breakfast and food on the menu was very well curated and made amazing drinks as per your taste. The entire team is very friendly, hardworking and approachable. Would definitely want to visit again in Summers and stay at En Hotel.

They do not have the kitchen open for lunch even if you just want to have a small bite or some food for kids.

If you want to hike in the mountains, the location is ideal. If you want to spend time in Zakopane, its not so convenient. There is a small community around the hotel, and its close to the tram, but there are only a few restaurants and shops. The hotel is very comfortable. The food was outstanding.

If you are arriving by car, the parking area is hard to find and the hotel's signage is poor. Also Google was not much help. Also, I would avoid Zakopane on holiday weekends!

EnHotel is very close to heaven if you like nature, design, and minimalism. The hotel is located right in the Tatra National Park. It is an old but rebuilt and refurnished building, trying to keep everything as close to the original as possible. The hotel has a fine-dining restaurant with a fantastic breakfast experience (not buffet) and a very close, more bistro-like relaxing area with local ingredients and meals. At the same time, you listen to the babbling of the stream and stare at the pine forest surrounded by the Tatras.

It's hard to mention anything we did not like when you are amazed, but if I look for something to improve the experience, a comfortable armchair is missing to enjoy the view from the room's window. (We had a wooden double standard.) But that's all.

This hotel was absolutely one of the best I have ever stayed in. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed by any other place I have been. We were treated to tea and a light snack upon arrival. Every member of their staff was exceptional, polite and very helpful. The room was perfect: Serene, quiet, tastefully decorated, peaceful. The location was very convenient for hiking in the Tatra mountains or visiting the main part of Zakopane. The little "village" around the gondola base station shuts down early in the evening, so the nights at the hotel are silent except for the sounds of nature. It was everything we hoped for and more for our trip to Zakopane.

There is nothing to complain about. The staff were excellent. The dinner we had at the hotel was extremely good. The included breakfast was also fantastic. The facilities were all top shelf. We will stay there again next time we want to visit that part of Poland.

Very clean, well equipped, with great design of rooms. Very nice staff. Location is good if you want to discover this part of Zakopane. It smells amazing in the hotel, and in the room. Perfect hotel for adults with the primary goal to go hiking.

There is no zone for massage. Not sure it is correct to sell the service when you have only person who make massage, but no conditions to do it. Was very disappointed with this. Small variety of food and small portions, but food is tasty. This hotel is definitely not the best for families with kids.

The location could not have been better for hiking, right in the park. It was beautiful! Not isolated but private. It had a lovely sauna inside.The decor was elegant yet simple. It was stunning.

I hesitate to even mention anything negative as the hotel was so lovely. One comment was that the food at the restaurant was too rich, a lot of butter and oil. No simple salad, or vegetables. We would have eaten there for dinner if it had a simpler menu, only thing that was not full of butter for breakfast was oatmeal. That being said, the best bread I have ever eaten!!

The hotel was very quiet and located in a beautiful spot. High quality of the materials and interesting design. Sauna with a beautiful view. Very tasty cuisine; thought through dinner menu. Yoga classes in the morning. Very nice service and we'll organdie transport form and to the parking/station.

The breakfast menu was limited to 5 egg dishes and two porridges (not great if you're allergic to egg). There should be gluten free bread available. Sauna should have a sign "please remain silent and relax" to let people know you should not disturb others with their chit-chat. Other than that everything was great.
