I visit Dubai often but I always choose this hotel is near to the mall .

1-Not clean toilets, dark stains despite they apparently white. 2-Place the all the amenities before checking in 3-Breakfast was not good especially they have only one menu no changing it.less choices for everything. 4-Breakfast not placed in a clean area and mostly using plastic bags to cover food and which are torn and people can't cover them well .

I love everything about this hotel. The rooms: which have all the required mod-cons for a comfortable longterm or short term stay; the location: minutes walking distance from the Mall of the Emirates and lined on both sides of the street with a wide range of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.; the cleanliness: the hotel is clean throughout and the rooms are always cleaned meticulously- a special shoutout to Nil Kumar who always leaves a very special touch whenever he cleans my room, so thank you Nil 🙏; the staff: always warm, welcoming, helpful, and very hospitable (as always, my special thanks goes to Dilanka for always making sure that my checkin and checkout is very smooth and quick); onsite restaurant: which is very convenient. I tried several dishes from this restaurant, and I highly recommend their signature charcoal grilled chicken and their chicken tikka as well as their mint and lemon smoothie. Finally, the price: which is very reasonable for what the hotel is offering. This has become my go-to hotel whenever I am in Dubai.

I would highly recommend that they switch to a smart tv as this has become a standard in most hotels

A Wonderful Stay at Rose Plaza Hotel, Dubai From the moment I entered the Rose Plaza Hotel, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The reception area was welcoming, and the staff immediately made me feel at home. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel exceeded my expectations, from the lobby to the room itself. I also noticed a lovely, fresh scent throughout the hotel, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The housekeeping team, including Muzammil, was thorough and attentive, ensuring everything was spotless and providing any additional amenities upon request. He was always asking if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable. The front office staff Musraf, Kafor, Dilanka, and Oleti and Rahul from Room service were friendly and professional, always checking in to ensure my comfort. I also had the pleasure of enjoying meals at the hotel’s restaurant, where Musraf and the team were courteous and eager to help. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Rose Plaza Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

An excellent hotel in a very strategic and well serviced area in Dubai. 6-8 minutes walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates. Also many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc are lining the streets where the hotel is located. The hotel itself has excellent facilities. The room I booked was spacious and very clean. The bathroom shower included both a fixed-mount rainshower head and an adjustable handheld shower, which I found very convenient. Special thank-you to the cleaning crew who always left the room sparking clean and replenished with several bottles of water, coffee and tea bags, etc. Also a special shout-out to Dilanka from front desk and to Ubed,for providing a very smooth check-in and check-out experience and for always greeting their customers with a big happy smile and always checking in to see if I needed anything. Made me feel really at home. Finally, the hotel offers a late checkout (until 2pm) which is an extra perk as not many hotels offer such a service.

The wifi. Because I had to keep logging in, as I was being logged out after a set time, which is highly inconvenient, especially when this happens while having a conference call or meeting. Also, not having a smart tv is a drawback as this is becoming more of a standard feature in most hotels.

It was a good experience to stay in this wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect 1- the staff— they’er always smiling and eager to do all what you ask for especially the guy Bayazeed 2- facilities— everything is clean and available and if you want more they don’t hesitate to give it to you 3- location— in this place you can find anything you want near you restaurants groceries even if you need it at late night they open until 3 am 4- the price— after all what I tell you about it it has a good price you will not find the same price with the same hotel Definitely I will come back again and again And highly recommended

The hotel it’s small but it’s very comfortable and clean check in and check out was easy The personal in reception was very friendly also

The rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping was nice and helpful when I called asking for some hand towels , shower cab and other items. Specially Kausilla was very helpful and nice.

There were few unprepared things when I arrived late at night, the safe was not locking and I had to call someone to fix it. The bathroom had a blockage in the tab and some bathroom items were not available! I arrived very late at night and expected the room was fully ready for me but I had to call and ask for assistance. Breakfast is not with my expectations as there was very limited food and mostly unlikely to be a breakfast meal! Plus not very well presented and very busy , not enough seats in the bf cafe in the morning, staff were not very prepared and the hot water boiler was not safe to use. They need to add more breakfast food and not lunch meals, who will eat rice biryani and spaghetti in the morning!!!

It was one of the best accommodations I had chosen. Everything was great. The cooperation from the staff was endless. Rizvan, Sibin, ... were all great, friendly and they would quickly solve any problem you had. They were really professional in terms of cleanliness. As we were a family, they gave us a room with a big balcony without asking for extra money. The pool was very private and clean. The proximity to Emirates Mall was about 10 minutes by walk. We will definitely stay there again.

Just gym facilities weren't enough recommend to improve it.
