Very comfortable and for the price .. .. a bargain... close to the train and convenient.

The pool is very small so it's impossible to use or relax...so I'd say it's misleading....and as much as the staff was very nice .... they would not accommodate to our needs.. even though they could have. We needed a late check out... since our flights were late at night....and wanted to pay extra to be able to check out at 5:30.....but they would NOT DO IT...... claiming they had no availability BUT when we paid for the full night, we were able to stay in the same rooms. Thanks God for Booking.com... instead of payi g at the front desk, we booked it thru the app and were able to secure a more reasonable price. MAURIN...at the front desk was very charming, diligent and helpful.... she is an amazing customer service rep....

1. The Staff was really helpful and worked to make our trip comfortable. 2. The location was close from all attractions and services especially metro stations and the Mall of Emirates. 3. Cleaning of rooms and room services were premium on daily basis with drinking water supply. 4. Hotel parking was available for our vehicle.

1. Breakfast had limited choices. 2. The Aluminum doors are not noise proof, so you can hear the street noise and sounds of vehicles. 3. Pillows were not comfortable, Although I didn’t request replacement or asked for additional. I trust if I did, the premium stuff would have provided more.

I am extremely thankful to the receptionist, Ms. Mariyum, who understood my requirements and provided the best available room with a balcony. Initially, I had searched for a room with a balcony, but it was unavailable at the time. However, upon reaching the reception, she managed to provide me with the exact room I had envisioned. Additionally, Savindu from housekeeping took excellent care of us during our stay. I would love to stay here again. It was a very peaceful and amazing place, especially for families.

The location is prime, a few minutes walk from the Mall of the Emirates, so very close to the metro. The room was comfortable and very well-appointed. I can't continue this review without talking about the staff (front desk, restaurant, and room service). They were very friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you all.

I would suggest the Internet service could have been much better. There were a couple of times in which the connection or the speed not functioning well.

Good new hotel not far from Mall of Emirates. It’s not a tourist’s area, so don’t expect a good views and neighborhood. But stuff and fully new rooms are great

I booked it when prices was around 80$ per night. For this money it’s a good value. But last prices I saw was more than $110 per night - for this prices I’ll recommend to find something better

I like the hotel and the treatment of front office staff.Thery were very friendly and helpful.The location is very nice which is accessible to Mall off Emirates,to different cuisines,some bars,stores.The facilities and ambience of the room is wonderful.Hovewer, there are some points which will be helpful to be improved more; internet access is little tricky which made us to go to reception for a help several times.We couldn't find any stirrer near tea staff.As we are lovers tea and coffee it made us little uncomfortable.I think it will be helpful for improvement 🤗.Thank you for all staff.

The staff is very helpful, and the 24-hour front desk is a great convenience. The room is extremely comfortable, and the location is excellent—it is very close to the Mall of the Emirates, where you can access the metro and easily reach any destination. A luggage room is also available, allowing you to store your belongings after check-out and enjoy the rest of your visit hassle-free.

I liked the hotel very much. The location is nice, close to almost everything. The staff including Mr. Mohammad Hassan, Remedie and Marium were extremely helpful, always smiling, making your stay easy and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for everyone.

The garage size is a bit small. Sometime it is full.

Great location, good rates, very clean, and cozy. Staff are very friendly and cooperative, early check-in and late check-out, The surrounded area full of all services. All categories' of food cousins are available around. Next to Mall of Emirates.

Parking was so tight and not enough for cars. No view because the hotel located in the middle of buildings.
