Front Desk workers were great. Location was great also, close to everything. This was the 2nd time we have stayed here, and would stay again in the future.

Our only complaints are, the beds were hard and could have been a little softer and that we booked a non smoking room and that's what it said we were staying in on the little plastic sign inside the room, but from the first day we opened the door to the room it smelt of smoke bad. Being non smokers it was really strong everytime we would leave and come back, but we just went to the dollar store and bought air freshener and sprayed the room down. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Easy check in, easy check out, no issues with receiving my incidental deposit back. Clean room, nothing special remember this is a budget motel.

Everything was pretty clean. Location is nice and staff was nice.

During our 3 day stay there were 2 live cockroaches that I killed and one dead one on the floor when we arrived.. Unfortunately, those things just happen no matter how clean. The room and beds were very clean. Mattress protectors on all beds and the linens smelled of bleach which was a plus. Only true downfall I have is we never received our $100 security deposit back in our checking account. I even cleaned our room before checking out because I hate leaving a mess. Overall, it was a good family stay for a cheap, quick, vacation to the beach.

The staff was friendly, especially Brianna who helped us check in! They made sure we had what we needed when we asked as well.

The only complaint I have was Saturday morning at 8 they were blowing the sidewalks off, luckily we weren't sleeping in. And we understand sometimes you got to get stuff done when you have the chance, especially in the heat!

Was hesitant due to previous bad reviews, but hard to beat for the price and location. Stayed with my husband and we are a young couple so a perfect place to shower, sleep, and then go explore the town.

The sheets were thin and the pillows weren't too supportive, but we drove into town so I was thankful to have brought my own pillow and blanket.

The location is close to everything Walton Beach also as a great value price.

Lack of don't expect the room to be properly cleaned Noisy sometimes because the price is low, low income family come there because it is cheap.

there is no ventilation in the room, it is very stuffy, there was no cleaning for 6 days, but towels were changed, that's good. The rooms are old and the bathroom needs renovation.

Great Value. Good Location. We had to evacuate due to the hurricane and this property was very accommodating. So thankful for places that help during trying times.

Some titles were broken in the bathroom. Definitely NOT a big deal.

Didn't care for hardwood floors cuz sand got everywhere . Stayed 6 days and not once did they come ask if we needed cleaned or anything. Had to ask them for clean towels. No breakfast but overall for price it was ok. Just needed a place to sleep basically

The room was nice and spacious, as well as clean. We enjoyed the pool as well (though it was still too cold for myself, my daughter loved it).
