The food was delicious, and there was variety. At the restaurant, the staff were very kindly. During the breakfast time, and in the evening. We did not use restaurant service at noon. Also, in the restaurant, friendly environment and very clean facilities.

I went two times to the Reception (Front desk) to report that shampoo ran out. In the morning a clerk received my claim, but the issue was not solved. Then I went again in the evening. In this second time the issue was solved. One day in the morning, a service employee had a wrong behavior kicking several furniture in front of us, in the rest area near to restaurant entrance. We did not know what what kind of message he wanted to show us. We think that a least on clerk in the Reception saw that event too.

Simple accommodation but does its job, bunk beds like in a hostel are alright, good view from above, breakfast is fine too.

I felt that the information provided by a particular staff member about parking was not sufficient. There were indeed opportunities of free parking, but at first it sounded like there weren't any, and it would have been 20 euros more had I listened to the member of staff in question. I also booked for a small group, but didn't get an invoice for both. I don't understand this, if there is a chance to book two rooms for a group of colleagues, I don't understand and I was given no acceptable explanation why I didn't get the invoice for my entire booking of two rooms.

The hotel is close to the metro station from where you can easily reach the city center in about 20 minutes. They let us in slightly before the check in hour, which was appreciated. The room is clean, cozy, and with new furniture. Breakfast was nice and with a good variety of salty and sweet food. You can have breakfast until 10:30, also very convenient.

Few things should be improved for a perfect stay. 1. Pillows too thin to make you sleep comfy. 2. The remote control has Netflix and YouTube buttons, but these services are not available. Although it’s clearly written on the hotel guide, it’s a bit confusing in the first place. 3. Toilet paper a bit too rough.

Friendly staff, convenient location for us. Breakfast was good. Bathrooms had actual doors and were quite large.

- No nightstand. Just a net to put your phone in. Not really sure why because it’s just so inconvenient. - no shampoo. Only a body wash/shampoo 2in1. Actual shampoo would be nice. - no safe or closet. For a hotel primarily used by business travelers not having any of that was a bit strange. At least a safe would be good. - we opted for no room cleaning, so we left our valuables out on the table. When we came back in the afternoon to our surprise someone came in and cleaned the room. Gave us a bit of a bad feeling.

Breakfast was very good, personal was polite. Nice rooms with nice view.

Slow and faulty elevators, some guests smoke everywhere even in halls, in the elevator. Our room had strange smell - we reported it and someone should come next day at 8:30 AM (noone showed). Instead of that even check in should be 10-12AM they knocked on our door at 8:30 the other day (we stayed 2 nights). Personal was very slow, my colleague sad that for 8 of yours employees you can have one Czech girl, unfortunately everyone was like Flash from Zootopia. On Sunday they was complete mess in front of hotel (bottles, cigarettes...). Food in restaurant is quite average, even on German patrol station it was better (same pasta pomodoro).

Good breakfast, large selection of dishes. Beds were very large and comfortable. I was surprised by the amazing attitude to the pet, they brought us a couch, a bowl and some food for the dog. A/c. Nice interior, plenty of space.

There were few fruits and vegetables for breakfast. The cost of an animal's stay was 15 euros p/n. The cost of the garage was 20 euros p/n, but there was a free public parking nearby.

Excellent choice for our stay in Dusseldorf. Outside the city centre but short walk to the tram and 10 mins into the city centre. Quadruple room we stayed in was well designed and seemed spacious and not cramped. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. We all slept well with no noise or disturbances. Breakfast was excellent with a buffet selection of cold and hot food. Would happily stay there again

Nothing really as it more than met our needs for a value for money 2 nights stay

Friendly staff at checkin, can skip the checkout as keycard is taken by parking gate, hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is great as a dog owner, very close by there is a large grass/sand where dogs are running free.

Long queues at breakfast and sometimes at the elevators, air conditioning seems to only be for heating so it was too warm in the room, at least you can open the window. Room was a bit small but for the cost it was ok, very "low cost" feeling.

It has the feel of a business hotel. I was on a bike tour and I could store my bike for free in the underground car park. I brought it down to level -2 in the lift. The underground carpark was virtually empty. The room was comfortable and quiet. I slept well. Breakfast was very good. Lots of places to sit, even though I was there at the busy time.

It was a bit difficult to find on a bike. Without a Navi, you might struggle to find it. The last couple of kilometers over the bridge were tricky.

Great hotel design, lovely staff at the front desk and clean rooms. The area is fantastic if you are attending a fair at Messe since the bus connections are great - you need 15 to 20 mins max to arrive at Messe by bus! We will probably be staying here again next year since the all-around experience was lovely.

There were no pastries at breakfast. It would be good if they had something sweet to eat along with your coffee like a croissant or similar. The biggest win for any German hotel would be to offer real Italian coffee but I think that's hoping for way too much :'D
