You had a chance to meet a lot of different people but at the same time you had your own time. It's normal, of course , but still. The studio was clean , you got your help easily and it wasn't all that far from the city center. I do recommend this one, cause I am pretty sure that the ants were there only that time. After that helped me, I did not have them around anymore.

Although they helped me pretty soon, I still had ants at my wall behind the kitchen. And my coffee machine didn't work that well. Even after help, it still didn't work. Also, I am not sure if it was possible to drink the water normally there, cause there wasn't a sign or anything.

The hotel is in a beautiful area in downtown Orlando by lake Lucerne. It is close to many shops, restaurants; even a bar next door. My room had a hot tub, refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was large and comfortable. The entire location was very clean.

Leaving. Everything was GREAT and the price was very reasonable. The TV set up was Chromecast that I was unfamiliar with however it was explained by the staff.

We booked the deluxe suite for two of us, pretty big. Good location right in Downtown. Comfy bed.

The bathroom could be cleaned better. The only issue we had was when we arrived (around 9:45PM) the code for the unit didn’t work. There was nobody at the reception so we called them and it took 30-40mins the guy on the phone to figure it out that actually the door lock is off.

Great location in the middle of Orlando especially if you have plans around downtown. It’s quaint and tucked away in a quiet corner absolutely loved it especially having a brunch spot/cocktail bar attached to it.

I honestly loved everything about it, maybe an option for some drinking water would be a nice touch

The location was amazing, the lights around the outside were beautiful and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The information for check in was clear and detailed, I love that you could use your phone as a key. I have absolutely no complaints and would love to stay here again.

There was no cream for coffee.

I really loved the open air bar next door - tremendous. I thought the apartment overall was really distinctive and an interest art deco historical place to stay. But I do think the suite could have done with some basic maintenance to bring it up to 21st century standards.

I think this hotel really suffers from a lack of easy access to staff. I found the remote issues I faced, especially with the app, a real problem. If you don't get your tech sorted, then you can't expect to do away with staff without consequences for a guest's overall experience.

Loved the Victorian style. It was clean. Megan at the desk was just great. Very helpful. Location is amazing especially for the price!

Not that it made a big difference but there is a communal fridge on the main floor if you need to have something refrigerated versus having your own in your room. We put our stuff in there and had no problems.

We like the area. It's quiet and comfy. Easy check in. No one bothers u. The bar in the back patio is amazing. Great music and good drinks. So relaxing. This was our second time staying here. And was greated with a nice personal note. It's the little things 🤗 Beds are amazing. Great space all around. We love the little porches.

Only thing is the ac is accessable from all guests. Should offer some type of fans in each room. We put it at 73 when we arrived it was 80' and another guest that arrived after us decided that's to cold and put it back to 77. To warm for sleeping in Florida up stairs. That would make it so much more comfortable.🤷🤦🌞😕

People pretty much kept to themselves. Very private experience and it was a nice clean room. Fast instructions as well considering there's no front desk to check in at.

No smoking facility. No smoking on the property but yet its connected to a bar/restaurant here you're aloud to smoke? It made no sense. Also this bar/restaurant had about 4 cocktails and 4 "finger food" choices when I thought I could catch a nice dinner and a full liquor bar.
