Lots of room inside the apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the spa/pool area and the whole stay was great value for money.

A bit far from everything else but great if you want easy access to the airport (which is why we booked it)

The apartments were amazing. Cooktop was a life saver and the location, free shuttle to the airport and proximity to the city was key. Definitely worth it.

The room we had was to close to we’re smokers gathered outside to the point you could smell the smoke at night. As a matter of fact unfortunately the people who were smoking were actually in a clearly marked “do not smoke” area but the hotel staff never enforced the area so people would just mingle right outside the door. This was unfortunate because if they would have enforced this it would have been a perfect stay.

Good set up for the room. The large bed could be completely separated by the sliding doors. Very handy that there was a kitchenette. The most remarkable thing was that the hotel is located next to the international airport and a busy highway and still you couldnt here it (in the room).

The entry gates for cars were not functioning properly which created a lot of frustration. I believe it was run off twice during our one week stay. Also the rooftop bar was not open all the time and kids were not allowed there.

i ve stayed many times at this hotel . first of all the facility s great , you will not find anything nicer. BUT but most of the time something is wrong with their computer system either they don t find yr booking or deny that i booked breakfast in etc. most of the staff was friendly and professional except for one power**** who denied i had breakfast so i had to run again up to my apartment in the other building (despite my lack of time) to show the booking on my computer which indeed had breakfast in . Furthermore he didn t want to give me my card back , i had to grab it out of his hands. The managers at the desk apologized for what happened. but it s really not fun to always have to get into arguments and (and have your good mood destroyed )

i couldn t have the apartment i booked due to renovatons but a good alternative was offered great beds beautiful room great gym helpful staff and great breakfast

We had breakfast inlcuded with our accomodations and it was well worth the cost. They had an incredible selection including an omelette station where you could choose the ingredients and they would make it for you. There was also a little children's section which my sons loved as they could serve themselves as it was at their height and even included simple fair with solid plates to match. The location had everything! A cinema, a cafe, airplanes to watch, and even a stationary airplane my kids could look at on the premis. We loved that we could take the shuttle to schipol and back during our stay for free as well. Made for an excellent outting for the children.

While the beds were ok, we found the topper of the beds moved around while you slept and one of our children even fell out of the bed as the top had moved so far away from the base during the night. The pillows were also very thin and not very comfortable. We couldn't open the windows and even with the temperature turned way down and the fan up it was pretty warm.

It was very clean and I liked the layout of the apartment. We had a kitchenette which was great. Also, received vouchers if cleaning was not needed. Spent these and saved money in the bar/starbucks on site. All amenities were there to suit needs. The guy that manages (I think) the bar (Starbucks side) is amazing and attentive to customers needs. The male staff in the bar side are very polite and friendly. Shuttle bus facility to airport and back through out the day is amazing. Then you can hop on train into town. Easy and accessible.

Cleaners still came despite being cancelled. Communication on reception desk seems poor. Also, getting told one thing from one member, then another from a different member of staff. No consistency. And they let staff in training have too much responsibility before they are ready (my observation/perception). We did not know about the sky bar. By the time we realised a Saturday night event was on it was fully booked. It would have made the stay more enjoyable to know about the bar prior to the stay. I guess the best thing to do is erase arch if any events are on, prior to stay.

The place was marvelous, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. a stunning view of the garden and a vintage plane on display, the room was impeccably clean, and the rooftop bar was truly top-notch, with amazing drinks and food served by friendly staff. The swimming pools and sauna were delightful, and the gym was nothing short of amazing. I appreciated the kind and welcoming reception from the receptionists I met, with the drink voucher for my birthday

I found the check-in process at the department to be quite time-consuming and stressful. Waiting in line for up to an hour just to check out was not ideal. It would be great to have a more efficient check-out system, perhaps through an online application. Self-checking and check-out would be a positive improvement. Additionally, having to walk outside and into another building to access the swimming pool, sauna, or gym was inconvenient, especially in inclement weather. It would be perfect if there were a connection to the building for easier access to these amenities. The hand sink in between the bedroom and bathrooms was clogged

Breakfast was good; the standard and the variety. We enjoyed the swimming pool for relaxing at the end of the day. The size and standard of our apartment was good. The courtesy bus was invaluable.

The adult price for the 'all you can eat' buffet (including drinks) was reasonable but 39 euros for a child is too much. A non-alcoholic price would be better, but I understand that would be difficult to 'enforce'. We wanted to eat there but couldn't justify the cost. We chose to eat from the bar menu and found the choice very limited. The bar would benefit from having more staff at hand.

Decent size for 3 guests, did not feel overcrowded. Very clean. Mattress on the main bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. The appliances in the apartment were all high end The shuttle bus was punctual and staff were nice.

The reception at the apartment was closed throughout our stay. To check-in/out, or for any assistance we needed, we had to go to the main hotel across the car park. As the weather was quite bad during our stay, it wasn't pleasant walking back and forth to the reception in the main hotel.
