- Sauna (including steam) - Giant pool - View of the 747 in the garden - Soundproof windows - Comfortable bed (soft wall) - Cinema in the Hotel (watched Saw 10 before it went to the cinema) - Restaurant (Sushi) - Sky Bar (cocktails) - Competent service - Hotel Party's (Haloween on the plane in the garden) - easy parking (even if you arrive at 4 a.m. from the event)

- I had a wedding ring stolen at the gym (beware of belgian people) - parking fees (better pay 17€ for 24h) - It would be easier to prepare a kind of guide with the opening hours of the spa, restaurant, cinema, etc. :) so that you don't have to ask the reception 100 questions.

There is everything at the hotel that you can possibly need. Restaurant, bar, café, gym, swimming pool. Nice facilities, and making up for the fact that it is in the middle of nowhere (but very close to the airport). There is also an actual airplane in the backyard (which I can see from my balcony). Gimmicky, but still quite the view. 😁 Shuttle is frequent enough.

Super friendly reception staff. Very nice room. Good size. Clean and comfortable.

This was super minor detail but it was not clear to me where to get the bus transfer from Schiphol from the booking.com page. I sent a message in to the hotel who responded before I landed, so great timing! In the meantime, I realised the question was already asked many times on the Questions section on the booking page, and I missed it. For info, it is bus stop C13 located under the bridge!

The pool area, and kids pool were nice. Very clean. Sauna and steam room area good. We stayed in apartment and it is as advertised. Kitchenette is basic. Staff were extremely helpful. Location in terms of airport - 10/12 mins on shuttle is great and shuttle service (very regular) very handy for getting to airport to get train into city centre.

The apartment is good but basic enough.

The soap & shampoo dispensers were faulty.

Their shuttle stop at the airport is not labeled well and is hard to locate. Bed mattresses need an upgrade.

I chose this hotel to be part of my 31 days of birthday fun & Xmas time everywhere looks beautiful in lights! The Coredon really did a great job on that part, so it was an excellent choice indeed! This was day 9 to 11 which made my stay perfect for all the activities we had planned.I love the fact that the shuttle bus takes you straight from the airport to the door which made me feel very safe. Also, as soon as you enter into the foyer, the grand tour that met your eyes was very appealing. It also smelt delicious and felt warm and cozy. The receptionist Were all very warm and kind and welcoming. Everything was nice and clean and the decor from the foyer through to the left right up to our rooms, especially the corridors were exquisite. The beds were really comfortable and the heating in the rooms were good. We love the that the hotel was environmentally friendly and you could see evidence of this in the bathroom through the toilet toiletries and toilet paper. And good quality toilet paper too! We didn’t eat so I can’t comment on the food but what I saw it look good. The spa was excellent and the times that I went to swim I was on my own and love having the pool to myself. The steam room was at a decent temperature which felt good. Checking out was quite easy and even the guests were accommodating as I was on a crutch. My friend & l decided before leaving that we will be back very soon! May I add that the plane in the background was a great feature too!

There was a few major hiccups, but please know that the staff fixed everything. One of them was a dirty quilt, but the receptionist immediately brought a new one to my room. The other thing was this sauna wasn’t working, but at least we had the steam room. The temperature of the pool could’ve been a lot warmer as I went in the pool first and it was quite cold. Maybe it was because I was quite hot but it still should’ve been warmer. Other than that, everything was perfect, apart that you couldn’t go in the plane. That would’ve been great, but I suppose more cleaning for the staff.

Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and the hotel's location made it easy to travel to other cities. The breakfast was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel shuttle was particularly convenient for getting to Schiphol Airport and accessing other transportation options from there. The staff were friendly and helpful, except for one individual. :)

I observed that only one staff member, a female working the night shift at the reception, responded discourteously when I asked how to operate the elevator to access the sky bar. I found such behaviour towards any guest visiting the hotel to be extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.

The Airport View room was incredible! A huge thanks to Linsey for arranging my last minute room change! As an AVgeek, it was the perfect way to spend a rainy evening indoors watching all the planes take off and land! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and would always ask if they could assist you further - fantastic! Both the Breakfast and Evening Buffet had an incredible amount of food on offer. I loved the onsite shop for all your daily goods - while a little bit pricey, it is convenient and has a self serve checkout. The free shuttle bus service was excellent and with two an hour, you won't have to wait long! The room was very clean and a comfortable size with a safe and mini fridge available.

Not much information on the Boeing 747 Tour was made available but for 3 Euros, it was one of my trip highlights and to have a chance to sit in the Captain's seat - fantastic! The swimming pool is a nice size but the staff didn't know how to operate the lockers which were out of action so you had to leave your clothes in an open locker - not ideal.

The Hotel and facilities were absolutely clean and well maintained. Restaurant was amazing. Staff were very friendly and nice. The only criticism I have is about the transfer which was with Shuttle bus! Imagine you have 5 luggage! There were no space in the bus for luggage and driver did not help people with their luggage nor opening the luggage box ! We had a hard time in the bus to hold our luggage and later on at the hotel there were no porter! And a long queue! Fortunately we are Marriott member and could check in a bit faster. Rest of the stay was grate.
