Very nice clean and comfortable apartment one row back from the beach.in.this charming village. Rena is the hostess with the mostest and nothing is too much trouble for her. She speaks good English and is very helpful. The two bedroom apartment was exceptionally good value for money, and equipped with most things needed for a nice relaxing time. My friend and I had a lovely holiday and hope to return.

The parking is a little difficult to access and we chose to park on the port. However if you have luggage to unload, Rena wil guide you in with all the flair of an Athens traffic policeman! 😂😂

Our family of 4 with 2 pet dogs spent 2 weeks at Stathopoulos Apartments in June. The place is exceptional if you are looking for a calm, relaxing place for a family holiday. Clean small local beach is some 50 meters away, with a nice restaurant and a beach caffee bar. Spaceous apartment with fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for preparing your meals, comfortable beds, big terrace on the upper level with a sea view where you can work and enjoy the sea view, plus a front terrace on the kitchen side with a garden view where you can enjoy your meals outside. Excellent wifi with good internet speed. Rena is a terrific host, she does everything to make your stay a most pleasant experience. We parked our car on the premises in the shade of a tree. I definitely recommend the place.

A lovely welcome by our host, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location almost on the harbourside, in a tiny working fishing hamlet. Well laid out on two floors with sunny balcony overlooking the sea. Good cooking facilities and plenty of appliances. Lots of bedding for cooler nights. a real traditional taverna just round the corner on the waterside looking directly at the harbour and serving the day’s catch of fish.

I couldn’t fault it.

The apartments are in a fantastic location just a minute's walk from the beach and the host Rena is so friendly and helpful. The courtyards around the apartments are great for children - our 18 month old loved exploring the area and playing with the local cats!

Comfortable and roomy apartments with a great outdoor area for a large group. Only a minutes walk from the beach and a bar. Rena is super helpful, and made our stay exceptional. Great location for climbing, and only 15 minutes drive from Leonidio.

Rena is a lovely friendly host. several fresh new towels provided through the week, and rubbish cleared. Decent appartment for the price.

Wifi was poor, usually dropping out so not very usable

Nice apartments in a stunning location just one minute walk from the beach. The facilities are basic but the host makes up for it with her warmth and friendliness. Good for small groups of climbers.

A very warm recommendation!!! The apartment is lovely and has exactly everything you need. Clean and pleasant. the separation between the space for children and adults is excellent. The beach is stunning and is a 3 minute walk, it was great. The most importantly the owner is lovely!! and helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely come back again.

Such a comfortable and good value option. Much more spacious than we were expecting and, although basic, everything is of good quality and there is everything you’d want. We especially appreciated the attentiveness of Rena (the owner) who I think would really do anything for her guests, the comfortable bed and the aircon. Plus, it’s really dog friendly! The location is tucked away down a side alley close to the beach and harbor. Its mostly very peaceful, but you can hear your neighbors a little. Honestly, it’s such good value for money.

Everything was great, but quite basic. The bathroom is quite small and if you had 4 people staying there might be an issue (but for 2 it was no problem). If you have a big car you might struggle with the parking (we just parked in the nearby harbour and walked the short distance)

I can say this place was one of the best apartment we ever stayed in Greece. Apartment is very specious, we selected one floor apartment as my wife has problems with the stairs. The room was 4 people, we stayed 2. One bedroom with double bed and balcony and other room with 2 single beds and kitchenette, full size refrigerator. Kitchen utencils and toaster, kettle, microwave oven, electric oven and electric heaters were available in the kitchenette, so made prepared our own breakfast easily. Apartment was very clean, had every cleaning material needed. The towels, pillow and bedding sheets were all snow white and smelling cleanliness. Sampatiki is a great place for vacation. It is a small fisherman village with port and protected by waves and the wind, has vet nice sand and very small pebbles in the near part of the port. Even in Sunday 26th of June, it was not so crowded. It is a very sympathetic place as its name. And the host Rena: She is a very nice person, always helpfull and good English speaker. She told us about the places we would like to visit later. She is very nice person to chat and talking to. Thank you very much Rena, for everything. Absolutely this place will be our first selection when we visit Sampatiki if we be able to visit again.
