I like everything about this accommodation. This is my favourite place to stay while in Mooloolaba. I've stayed here over and over and will continue to do so everytime I come here. The things I love are the location, the rooms, the pool area, the close beach,, the proximity to town centre, shops, restaurants and surf club, the walking tracks below, the views, the staff and the service they provide

I dont think there is 1 thing I don't like. Sometimes they are booked out, and I don't like that. Then I go and stay at Coloundra.or Noosa

Accommodation was central and close to everything. Sealife Aquarium was so close we could’ve thrown a stone from our balcony and it land there, the beach, shops and restaurants were just as short a walk. We were pleasantly surprised at how close to everything we were! The pool and spa were both heated and quiet when we used them. The apartment was well maintained and had all the basic amenities we needed.

This is such an incredibly superficial complaint, but the curtains in the bedroom were horrible. Both mornings we woke up early due to the sun shining in both over and through the curtains. If you’re sensitive to light, I’d recommend a sleep mask if you’re wanting to avoid waking up the same time as the sun.

The woman on reception was exceptionally friendly, warm and welcoming! Lovely view out to sea, easy access to beach, restaurants and the wharf. Quite a large space for a one-bedroom apartment. Easy parking. Pool and BBQ area is great too!

Worktop is small if you were staying for a while and needed to cook, hard to have kettle and toaster both out at once. Bring your own toiletries as no shower gel/conditioner.

The first apartment issued was not suitable for elderly people but the second apartment was perfect. It had everything we required. The bed was very comfortable with lovely white linen, comfortable chairs, with a dining table and chairs. Tegan and Joel were so pleasant and very helpful in ensuring we were happy with everything. We had sun from 11 am until sunset and enjoyed our time sitting in the balcony reading and enjoying the view. The shops, Surf Club and beach were five minutes walk. Would definitely recommend time here.

Perhaps a bowl and a Pyrex jug, also a hand mixer. We were pleased with everything else.

Perfectly located: easy walk to beach, restaurants, cafes & surf club. Private rooftop terrace view (408) made for relaxing evenings. Reception staff were friendly & accommodating.

Apartment entry door does not self/auto lock, requires locking manually from both inside & outside. Not a huge issue but would recommend general use items be updated/replaced (dinner plates chipped etc).

Excellent location close to the beach and shops. The apartment we upgraded to was also excellent with great views of the beach and afternoon sunshine. The staff were great and very accommodating.

Our initial apartment was at the back of the building with minimal views when we were expecting either an ocean or esplanade/park view. This had neither (a small glimpse of the river between buildings). Expected more, given this was a Deluxe Apartment. We were able to get this upgraded to a better ocean view apartment for 3 nights (stayed a total of 5). Also, would have expected some pantry items (eg salt, pepper, cooking oil) given these were apartments with full cooking facilities.

Great unit with good kitchen and bathroom/laundry facilities, wonderful ocean views, close to the surf club, beach, walks, shops and restaurants.

Bed wasn't all that comfortable and the bathroom/laundry floor could have been cleaner. If you are staying there, take your own toilet paper as 1-ply is not good enough for $300 a night.

Location was fantastic and reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed and the shower, washing machine and views were the high points!

Unfortunately, it was very noisy. People running around the corridor outside the apartment and the noise from outside. The central location was fantastic however, this means that you can hear people shouting in the street below and cars revving around the parking loop late at night.

My husband and I absolutely loved the location. Beach access was easy and all the shops, restaurants and other facilities were just a stroll away. We also loved the view from the balcony of the ocean and the feeling of the lovely sea breeze. The apartment had everything that was needed for a wonderful stay and the lady at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile.

how close it was to the beach and now easy it was for delivery people to find the hotel too!

had some issues with the tv being slow and not working. also i requested in the special request that we had a big shower space (i have a disability but didnt feel comfortable with mentioning it) and a detachable shower head but didnt receive either and the shower was a bit small
