Location perfect, given it is virtually adjacent to surf club, beach, shops and eateries. Secure car park and ease of unloading/loading cars was terrific. Staff were very hospitable, cheery and willing to help.

We opted for a walk in shower, which limited range of views on offer. Whilst we had a balcony and nice view over marina, we would suggest choosing a room which faces east/north to make the most of the sunlight and views on offer. Noise from pesky motor cyclists and knuckleheads in loud cars was a nuisance at times, but it did not spoil our stay.

Location - accessibility to the beach and the local eateries is superb. Facilities were excellent and in good working order. Staff were very helpful. Amenities in the apartment were really good (was able to prepare a Christmas lunch with everything that was available in the apartment without any issues). Ground floor apartment with access to the swimming pool was excellent especially with little kids.

TV could be a bit more modern (minor detail)

I just think any place U stay at, that's near a beach or in a touristy area, is going to make a tough job for managers and cleaners to keep consistently clean, and so I have to wholeheartedly commend these people for such a great effort to present it so well. Also their attitude and helpfulness was tremendous. The rooms within were generally quiet and the place felt quite safe to live in. Good variety of food options nearby as was the public transport.

The apartment was very clean and fresh. We had the apartment with a rooftop terrace and spa, which was very relaxing. The apartments are very close to everything. There is no need to use the car. The husband and wife team that managed the complex were lovely, and nothing was too much trouble

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The only thing would have been the bed. My husband found it a little hard, but that's a preference thing. I was fine.

Location was excellent. Just a short walk to so many things including beach, esplanade, The Wharf, supermarket/shops. Loved the size of the property. It was easy to navigate including getting to the pool area. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Bonus that there was a dedicated parking space at no extra cost. Easy to communicate with the owners before and during our stay. Loved that there was the opportunity to borrow pool/beach equipment.

The location was very good and the size of the room was fine for the two of us.The pool is well situated on the 1st floor and we did enjoy a spa.We do like having the choice of several different restaurants to choose from.Something for every night if you choose to do so and good walking distance.

Everything we needed was there but do feel it is in need of a bit of refurbishment.

They were incredibly welcoming and gave lots of great tips on things to do and see. Location was amazing, we walked everywhere, no need for the car! Room was great, had everything we needed and was a comfy space. Bathroom looked as though it had recently been upgraded as well. Was a perfect space.

There were a couple of maintenance things that would have made the hotel 'nicer' but nothing that affected use. More so aesthetics.

Location and the staff were exceptional. They tested before we arrived to ensure we have the smoothest trip. they gave updates and were very responsive. Great Experience.

Would have loved to have more equipment in the kitchen. But it was passable. The portable bed was also not the best but I am basically picking at things. The experience was overall very positive.

Staff, Jacqui and Paul, were friendly, caring and professional, greeting us on arrival and showing us the secure car parking arrangements. Our unit had been recently renovated. Location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and oodles of restaurants, food places and take-away. Spoilt for choice Also variety of retail stores. Even though weather was coolish on some days, we enjoyed the heated pool and spa which were very clean and well maintained. O

Perhaps block-out curtains in bedrooms. Us Victorians aren't used to bright light :)

Great location and price! The unit had everything we needed, with enough detergent and washing up stuff for the weekend. The beds were comfy and they provided a cot for our little one. You can't beat how central it is! So lovely to be able to wander up to the shops and the beach!

It would be lovely if the pool had some shade cloth somewhere so there was a shaded option. Also would be great to have an outdoor shower or even tap for rinsing feet to avoid bring sand to the unit (especially as the beach ones are broken ATM).
