Was informed a day prior to check in that my room had been overbooked and was told I was being moved to a subpar hotel. Staff not overly helpful with the situation and I had to ask several times to make sure my credit card was only charged once, since I had paid a month in advance and charged again once I got there. After a cancelation I was finally able to get a room I booked over a month in advance.

It was close to where we needed to be. Staff were gracious, communicated well. The room was lovely, bed was comfortable. The hotel, itself was well maintained and upscale. It was very very easy to check in and out. Price was good for what we received. The pool and hot tub were really great. I would definitely stay again.
We had trouble with the wifi. Front desk was helpful and sorted it out for me but my husband was not able to get on. As we were out most of the evening we were unable to sort that out. Service in the breakfast room was excellent. For the price I would have liked the food to be a little better. It was fine but generic.

the room and bathroom was spacious. the bed and pillows were firm yet comfortable. everything was well maintained.
what would be nice is an easy way to use public transit. being new to the city but not wanting to drive if there was a pamphlet or something to get locations and time to bus routes that would have been extremely helpful.

The room was modern, very comfortable bed, quiet, clean .
Our tap in the bathroom had very low pressure. The price was a little steep. Parking spots are a little tight but we are not used to that as we live in the country!

The person that cleaned our room left the room opened...probably forgot to close it. I don't think the rooms are sound proof, we could hear everyone talking from our room.

We love the location, the fact it is pet friendly, has a heated garage for our pets and car (when we eat out) and a very nice bar.

Staff were friendly, bed was comfy, pool area was nice, parking was easy. Above all else, the hotel and my room felt and even smelled clean! It was a great stay

Staff at the restaurant was incredible! Very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff was also polite and friendly.
Found it frustrating to have to walk down to look at a menu for the restaurant. Room service would have been great...

Staff, location and cleanliness is always on 5 star. This morning i called the front desk and reported this people that arguing in the hallway for long time around 5:15am, security act quickly to solve the concern but its hard get back on my sleep. I left the tip for the housekeeping for room805 at the front desk.
This visit our kings size bed is not comfortable, me and my husband had a backsore from it. The shower needs to upgrade too.
