Lovely hotel in a great, central location. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was varied and good quality. Price was good value at the time we stayed.

I was woken both nights before 6am by noise within the hotel, which I think was staff preparing breakfast. This wasn't a big problem for us. While we were there there was renovation happening in a fast food restaurant on the ground floor. this was very loud but I imagine it won't last long. Our room looked out on an internal courtyard and we frequently had cigarette smoke coming in through the window. I don't know if this was from an ajoining room or from the courtyard.

Excellent location right in the centre of Sebutal. Lovely restaurants, bars and atmosphere around the location. Short walk to the beach and Dolphins bay boat tour ( highly recommend). Breakfast was a great collection and rooms were very clean, lovely friendly staff too. Would stay again

We were attending a wedding locally and popped to the bar for a drink before hand. Although there was a drinks menu the only drinks available were beer by the Bottle, whiskey or brandy - not a great collection. We stayed for one and popped across to the Taberna Londrina Setúbal which is straight across from the hotel. We would have stayed for more in the hotel bar if a better selection was provided.

The room was really nice, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was amazing. The room with sea view was great it really showed off the best setubal had to offer! The breakfast was very nice and had something for everyone from fresh fruit (very juicy and I'd highly recommend the pineapple!) and fruit juices or cereals to savoury continental breakfast items and a selection of cooked food available.

Nothing not to like really, although one downside was the speaker system in the room wasn't working and the TV wouldn't go higher than 11 volume which was ok at night but during the day I wouldn't recommend staying in. Not that there was any reason to stay in as the location was amazing, right in the heart of what seemed to be the town/dockland of setubal

The location is superb. It’s literally in the heart of the city/district. Right at downtown and with a 2-min walk from anywhere, even the incredible sightseeing of the ocean. It’s clean. It’s comfortable. It’s silent during nights. The staff is helpful. You have a McDonald’s in the building next door for any inconvenience. There’s not much more to say. If you visit Setúbal, stay here.

The only downside I can see about the property is the fact of checking-in only being available after 4pm. But still, you can always call and see if the rooms are available earlier. That’s what i did and got to check-in 2 hours prior to 4pm.

Excellent location. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast included, served on the 5th floor with a nice view, variety of choices. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice decoration. Bathroom in good condition. Highly recommended hotel.

Sometimes there was noice coming from people passing from the alley behind the hotel and from other neighbooring rooms. Not a problem that was inbareble.

My parents came to visit and stayed at the Luna because there is an elevator and it is centrally located. They loved the location, the breakfast is lovely with a fantastic view, the hotel is extremely clean, and the spaciousness of the suite. Overall they loved their stay!

Not enough toilet paper, having to rent the safe, and the bar is nonexistent (you have to buy an entire bottle of wine, they will not serve it by the glass).

Very firm comfortable bed. Room extremely clean Excellent location within walking distance of train station, harbour and shops Quiet room, well maintained furniture. Best shower ever! So much pressure in it, just brilliant

View was of private apartments opposite, had to keep curtains closed for privacy. Room lovely but slightly on the small side. Breakfast choice was great but hot foods were stone cold. Otherwise lovely.

Although I didn't use it, it's a good place to stay for those traveling by bike, as there's a place to store your bike overnight. The staff are mostly good, friendly and always available to help with any questions, especially at reception and in the breakfast room. The room was nice, clean and well-kept. Overall, nothing negative to report, I recommend it.

Room and bathroom were nice, if a little dated. But everything worked and was clean. The shower was very powerful. Breakfast was quite good, lots of choice. We could hear the street outside, so probably better to get a room to the back. On the whole, good value for money.

With the exception of the breakfast servers, we didn't find the staff to be particularly friendly. I found the bed to be uncomfortably hard, my partner didn't mind it.

The room was clean, great house keeping everyday, friendly staff. Central location Close to all shops bars and restaurants. Market across Road definitely one of the highlights of setubal. The breakfast buffet was delicious excellent selection of hot and cold foods, different pastries every day. Great coffee!!
