The front desk person at the hotel was great. He allowed us to park directly in front of the hotel to accommodate my spouse's mobility issues. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is quite central with a lot of restaurants and stores in the vicinity. Beaulieu sur Mer is a lovely little town and I enjoyed our short visit. Many of the area's attractions are a short walk or a very short drive from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a good assortment of sweet and savory items.

Extremely comfortable beds, the hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, very quiet at night, excellent location opposite bus stop, train station and supermarket - I cannot fault anything. We had stayed here before for one night, this time we stayed 3 nights and will definitely book again. Very helpful staff too, they were all friendly and pleasant. There were always hot drinks available to help yourself to downstairs, a wide variety of teas plus a cold water machine. Beaulieu Sur Mer is a really good location to visit so many places along this side of Nice - we took the train to Menton, walked and took the bus to Cap Ferrat, jumped on the train to Villefranche Sur Mer and walked back and took the bus up to Eze Village. Am a huge fan of the SuperU supermarket! There is also a very good bakery in the main square in Beaulieu.

We liked everything!

I must admit when I came out of the station my heart sank! If is not a beauty and I panicked! But what the hotel lacks in charm it makes up in functionality and being pristine clean! Luxury usually comes at great cost in the South of France. This hotel has high comfort and views at reasonable cost! We were given room 501 with the most GORGEOUS view of the Cap du Ferrat! We couldn’t believe our luck, we did not pay extra. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless clean. Extra pillows were provided. The French do not have breakfast and we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. One day we went into the town centre and had pastries there - it is not something they do. The location is AMAZING! 30 seconds from station 1 minute from Super U (buy yummy treats for the balcony view) 5 mins from the Plage - buy beach parasol and towels from the supermarket and be like the French! Aircon wasn’t the best - wasn’t quite cold enough but great when you came in. Honestly this is a very cheap hotel for the area and is extremely good value with that in mind and a universe better than lots of bad AirBnB! Highly recommend!

Exterior Air con

Friendly, welcoming staff. Good location, close to the train station, restaurants and scenic views of the water Good breakfast option included. Bed was comfortable, rooms was pretty decent sized and warm. The bathroom was spacious and clean with toiletries included.

There was no parking available in the hotel underground and I had requested for a space to be reserved. The paid parking spots on the streets are available for free use after 7 pm until 9 am which worked ok for us.

Great location close to the train station. Decent breakfast but would prefer some eggs to be available. Lady on reception was lovely and very helpful. I asked for a room with sea view and got a beautiful view on the 5th floor. Great value for money. I will definitely return.

Air con wasn't working in the room. Thankfully it wasn't too hot but would be uncomfortable in the height of summer. Room was a little small but manageable.

The hotel has a very friendly vibe in general. We liked the staff, our room which had a nice balcony with sea view, the breakfast and or course the cool jungle vibes all around. They had free snacks at the reception :) the night before we slept in Nice in another Ibis styles hotel, and could highly recommend this chain as it is great value for money!

There was no bathroom door, there was only one door between the hall and the bedroom and the bathroom is just at the entrance. It didn’t bother us too much though.

Great location, close to the train station. We had a lovely view of the mountains and beach. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

No tea and coffee in the room and only a mirror in the bathroom, so more difficult to get ready

We had such a nice and kind reception from everybody at the hotel, specially the attention and cordiality by Huda who has given important and useful information in a kind and helpful way. For those who do not know the country nor the language, this kind of reception is very welcoming and makes the whole difference in making good choices in your trip.

Great location right next to the train station. Easy to get to from Nice airport. Easy and short walk to the beach. Also nice to have breakfast included.

The bed was massive which was good. But the room was small. I think the bed could have been a little smaller maybe. Overall the facilities were really good though.

The location was excellent, close to everything like buses and the train station. The receptionist Ndue was fantastic; extremely helpful indeed.

Breakfast was rather ordinary eg freah tomatoes could have been added to the platter of ham and cheese.Perhaps a fresh fruit salad instead of one from a can. I really think the hotel should update its linen service as thd towels were rather old and thin.
