My wife and I had booked the Sky Airport Hotel as a last night stay for our tour of Romania. Its convenience to the airport literally across the road, was a godsend. At this time of writing, part of the hotel was still under construction, but nonetheless, we give full marks as we could see how it will develope. Our receptionist Constantin, and his colleague (blonde hair), could not do enough for us and they are great ambassadors for Sky, and indeed, their country. It's a pity that all airports don't have a nearby facility like this. Well done Sky Hotel Bualadh Bos ó Éireann Paul & Karen.

This new hotel, right at the airport, will be a boon for people who have early flights or, like me, had a flight that came in very very late at night. I was told that it had only opened a few weeks before my stay and there were still a few kinks. But the helpful staff smoothed things out. The bed was comfortable, the towels the thickest and fluffiest I've ever seen, and the breakfast was good.

In my room there weren't enough electric plugs, and the switches for lights were odd.

It's a new hotel and everything was wonderful, from the facilities I expected to the cleanliness. Since it is new, one would expect it to be modern and spotless which it was. The hope is that it will continue to be like this in a few years and standards don't slip. I really appreciated the small touches such as a few small chocolates in the room.

The size of the bath towels. They are too small.

Very nice hotel. Located directly across the airport, this hotel has spacious, very clean and comfortable rooms and a very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if we come back to the region. The beds are very comfortable. The shower is amazing, awesome water pressure.

Location to airport perfect…. Restaurant was excellent the food amazing for an airport hotel . The bar area welcoming. And good car Park if necessary.

Trouble with the heating in our bedroom I think the wifi was playing up. But new hotel so early days. Some hooks needed in the bathroom for towels etc. and possibly a shelf for cosmetics etc.

Excellent, convenient location across the road from the airport. New, spacious hotel. Good thick towels.

The restaurant was expensive compared to others we had eaten at in Romania. We couldn't figure out how to work the electronic thermostat. The room was a hot 25 and we ended up keeping the window open.

Fresh and Modern hotel, opposite the airport so a great location if you need to get to the airport early, free water in the room and coffee machine available with pods.

Expensive for Cluj, 22 Lei / bottle of heineken beer, but this is emerging more and more with increased prices everywhere.

High end products in the room, I really appreciated the quality of the baby bed.

There was a minor issue with the room cleanliness but the stuff was kind, and they promised that next time they would pay more attention. In overall I would recommend the hotel, it's really a nice one.

Sky Airport Hotel felt like a brand new hotel. The whole place was incredibly well presented, modern and clean. The rooms were a great size and well kitted out too. The bathroom was great and the bed very comfortable. The food from the restaurant was very tasty too.

It’s 2 minutes walking from the airport. It’s a new building, everything is fresh, nicely decorated, the towels were nice and fluffy, the carpets soft, and they have the most comfortable bed i slept in. The staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitely sleep here again
