Loved the 12pm checkout time, I hate rushing to leave a hotel in the mornings so this was a big bonus to me!! The bed and pillows are so comfortable I didn't want to get up!!! There's a thermostat on the wall to control temperature which was really, really nice to have instead of the window type air units, the room was very comfortable temperature and humidity wise. We had a nice view of the river looking towards the West. Elevators are fast and there's a few of them available, we were on the 8th floor and never had any issues waiting for the elevator. The location was so convenient, right next to the interstate but far enough where you don't hear it and walking distance down to the river along with a few really nice restaurants. About a 2-3 minute drive down the street is Historic Jeffersonville with adorable historic homes, coffee shops and very nice restaurants. As well as the Big Four walking Bridge. Scooter rentals are everywhere and the area is very clean and comfortable with lots of friendly people. Personally I was very excited about having the hot tub and pool area all to ourselves. We never seen anyone in either of them but we sure used the hot tub which was very relaxing! The pool was a little cool definitely not heated but we didn't get in the pool anyways so no bother to us.

Nothing major however the room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave. We had leftovers from a restaurant we wanted to take home with us the next day but because we didn't have a refrigerator we had to discard quite a bit of delicious food. Other than that we had the most perfect stay.

staff was exceptional especially Frank Green who shuttled us to and from the Yum Center for the Sweet Sixteen and the Elite 8. Will definitely stay at this property again on our next trip to Louisville!!!

everything. and still a call out to Frank. my daughter and I came to see SDSU for the NCAA. We appreciated the free shuttle. property was a bit further than I realized but Frank made sure we were able to travel safely. front desk and housekeeping were good as well. the brewery across the street was phenomenal.

First hotel out of six we’ve stayed at on this trip that didn’t offer a fridge in the room. Confusion over inclusion of breakfast, seems system not updated to recognise prepaid breakfast ~ felt like the lady on breakfast service thought we’d done a runner when she confronted us upon checkout!

Clean room and facility great workers

The hooter restaurant attached to the hotel is a great idea but the service there was absolutely horrible was seated right away sit there for 40 minutes no one came up to get my drink order nothing

It was clean with a close proximity to a lot of amenities and things to do. The staff was friendly and we felt safe.

The jacuzzi didn't work in the hot tub, and unfortunately there were a bunch of kids in there even though it was posted that they needed to be 16 to be in. Then they kept splashing the adults (there were like 8 kids with 1 adult watching.) Not the hotels fault, but made it unpleasant. The pillows on one of the beds were very flat and need replaced.

We had 2 rooms and the representative took both credit cards and drivers license but she charged both rooms to our credit card instead of one room to the other couple . Could have been a mess if we used debit cards .

breakfast wasn't free so we didn't eat there. The location was perfect for where we needed to go. The restaurants nearby was perfect. Didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool or the exercise equipment.

it was all good. Just at the end the handle for the toilet broke from rust. Nothing to complain about.

The employees were nice and helpful. I had knee surgery 3 months before this stay I couldn't get far enough down for the toilet.. I said something to the two ladies at the front desk and they said they had toilet raiser with hand bars, they had it in our room that evening when we came back. That was alot of help!

The restaurant that shows on the hotel page is closed. Only breakfast Wednesday to Saturday no other days. Not exactly River side, the closed restaurant and Hooters restaurant between hotel and Ohio River edge. No microwave or refrigerator in rooms.

Great location to the Yum center, they also had a shuttle that took us to the center for our event and picked us up!! Nice that breakfast was right there even though it was not included.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Very friendly and courteous.

Carpets were stained. Ceilings had yellow stains on them.
