The staff was very friendly

The key never worked on the back door so I already had to walk around it worked on the room door I didn't like that the door don't automatically lock and somebody open my door and when they realize we was in there they took off running before I can get to the door last time we stayed there I complained to the front desk that I saw a woman walking around checking door a year later I see the problem never got fixed and also they need to have more lighting around the hotel to me with the doors not closing and not enough lighting that can be a safety hazard for customers

I liked that there was a bar/restaurant in the hotel and didn't have to leave if you didn't want to. The pool was awesome, and I liked the big picture windows it had. I loved that it was by a lake, and you could walk outside and see how pretty it was. The front desk people were really nice and very helpful.

I didn't like that you are stuck outside if you go to the lake. The door locks behind you and there should be a way to swipe your key card to get back in, without relying on other people or walking all the way around the building. Also, I didn't like that we had the cleaning crew come into our room 3 different times BEFORE checkout. It was ridiculous.

The hotel was very clean all the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Front desk was awesome.... The only complaint I have is if you say you have two adults two teenagers and a five year don't offer full sizes beds and breakfast should be free considering there is already a bar and restaurant that operates at night ..... But location cleanliness pool access and every one was friendly I'd give a overall a 9 only because I felt breakfast should be free instead of coming down for breakfast and being told it was 12.95 a person.... That's my only complaint other than the space for my family..... Or maybe I just need to read the fine print.... But I'd return for sure ... Under different circumstances

Pool access friendly staff and it was very clean

I had made a reservation for 2 nights. Whenever I got to the front desk to check in, my card had declined. I checked my account, and realized that it had been hacked, and I did not have enough then for 2 nights. They were so nice to me, and accommodated me with one night and did not charge me for 2 nights. They were very compassionate, even though they were very busy. I do plan to come back, as this has been the best place to stay whenever visiting my boyfriend. I have not had a chance yet to check out the pools, but I really like the layout of the hotel. It does have a salon and barber shop as well. That would be convenient should someone need services like this while staying here.

The bathrooms could use a little updating. As I was drying my hair using the provided hairdryer, the plug kept coming away from the wall. I had to hold it in place as I was using the hairdryer.

Clean, quiet, easy to find, desk personnel was super nice and courteous. Assigned us a room on ground floor and close to one of the entrance/exit at our request. Bar was clean and bartender was polite. The pool looked inviting, so on our next stay we will try the pool. Room rate was reasonable. Conveniently located close to University of Louisville doctors office which was the reason I came to the hotel for the night so I didn’t have to drive long distance the morning of my appt.

The back side of the hotel needs more lighting in the parking lot.

The deck was very nice and the room itself was very pretty. Good location if you're looking to visit Louisville on a budget.

There were roaches in our room and there was a section that looked as if it hadn't been dusted since the room was furnished. There was also a man pacing back and forth through the hallways who looked drugged out of his mind and up to no good. Walked past him once and smiled but he gave a look of pure hatred/ malice. It made me very uncomfortable. The building security has picked on my boyfriend every time we've been there but doesn't have the time to kick out actual potentially dangerous people.

Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, beautiful pool, beautiful property, salon and barber shop on site, scary good ice machine, laundry facility on site, side salad from the restaurant was fully dressed with lots of ingredients and not just tomatoes and cucumber. Welcome text every time I book her. 2 glasses AND 2 mugs in the room with coffee maker with coffee packets and tea. Smart tv. Great deal for the price

Smelly carpet, no microwave, cold inside the building, the cleaning staff try to come into my room 2-3 times a day when I told them I didn't want my room cleaned the first time. I mean I know I could use the do not disturb sign but the one day I didn't it was kind of annoying

This room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and it was easy to fall asleep. Quiet for it being close to I-65, which is a plus. The bathroom was nice as well. I plan to book again here in the near future. My boyfriend lives in Jeff, and I like the location and the ease of getting to other destinations easily.

The only thing that was meh was the outlet that led to the hairdryer. It was definitely dated, and could use newer features. The dryer kept coming unplugged whenever I used it. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay.

Room was large and comfortable, plenty of pillows, towels and anything else we could have wanted.

I wish microwaves were available in every room, but they're only in certain suites. There is a business center with a couple of microwaves, but you had to walk quite a way to reach them. Also, to reach our room, we had to walk through the pool area (which wasn't open, by the way) and it's dimly lit and there was sort of a step down from the lobby into the pool area. My husband fell twice going through that doorway. There should be caution tape or something to designate there is a slight "slope" or "step" down.

Everything beautiful hotel . GMJenny was absolutely amazing. 3rd shift man at desk was so patient and helpful to me .

No security' cameras after I checked out of my room my TV was stolen. I will be responsible it looks like since my guest and I checked out separately even though I informed housekeeping staff and front desk that my guest was still packing up and was showering I was leaving before him before checkout time and exited through lobby to a taxi. Security camera would have been helpful or an audit on the door lock best regards . The hotel is absolutely perfect and so is staff.
