Great location with various restaurants nearby, parking in a secure underground car park, apartment is large, 2 comfortable bedrooms with en-suites, all amenities provided for cooking and laundry. Small pool on site too. Very convenient for the Rottnest ferry and hiring bikes. There’s a lovely beach within walking distance and more beaches within an easy drive.

Nothing that the property can do about it, but the gulls were very noisy at night! It would also be good if there was a shop nearby selling fruit, veg, milk etc - the nearest supermarket is a drive away. But again, that’s not the fault of the property management.

Great location near the Hillary marina shops and the beautiful beaches. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. All facilities were exceptional. Great to have underground parking included to keep the car out of the sun. Easy walk to the shops and great to take a day trip to Rottnest island from outside the apartment.

The Venetian blinds in the room did not block the early morning sun so no sleep ins. Would be great to add curtains to the rooms.

The location was astonishing. I didn't realise we would be located directly next to Sorrento quay. The view from our balcony was beautiful it didn't really matter what time of day or night haha. The quay offered boutique shops, restaurants and lovely food. The hotel itself was beautiful, we had a three bedroom that offered four single beds and one queen sized. The kitchen was lovely and overall I recommend staying here if you ever want a relaxing weekend away.

I didn't like that our vacation ended and we had to leave such a wonderful resort haha

The property was easy to find and access to the keys out of hours was easy with great communication and instruction on what to do. The apartment was clean and tidy. We had an expected view of the ocean, with a bit of car park, but we knew that would be the view. I stayed here with my two children and felt safe and secure staying here alone with them. The evenings were mostly quiet. We enjoyed use of the pool, with towels provided. I loved that there were laundry facilities within the apartment and even laundry detergent available for use, these little extra touches made our stay more pleasant. Staff greeted us whenever we encountered them and everyone was helpful if we had any questions. When we checked out, we were able to leave our car in the secure underground car park for a few hours. Access through secure gates to Hillary’s boat harbour was great. We could easily pop out and grab a bite to eat or a snack. Great location, we plan on staying here again in the future.

Nautica Residence is a fantastic community! I particularly appreciate their commitment to sustainability and their focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. The residents are friendly and engaged, making it a truly enjoyable place to live.

I suggest improving the free wi-fi as it was sometimes slow. Initially, my family and I encountered some challenges in connecting to the wi-fi until we had to make a call to the reception desk to get it solved.

The property is located within a harbour / marina development. It had safe and secure car parking and the property was spacious, well lit and very clean. The apartment had plenty of equipment and the bedrooms were comfortable. There were plenty of options for eating out, although some closed quite early. The apartment was well soundproofed.

Worth noting that if travelling with luggage, it would be worth requesting a ground floor property due to narrow stairs.

Absolutely loved the property and location. The harbour is beautiful and there were some stunning sunsets. The apartments were really clean and comfortable and had good washing facilities. Also lots of choice for meals the Barramundi was so fresh. The precinct has shops to browse and the Aquarium was excellent.

A lift would have been handy with some back issues but we did know that and managed our cases with help.

Had to arrive before 5pm to collect the keys or arrange alternative methods but this was no problem for us and the staff on both occasions were very helpful. The room was very spacious and both rooms had en-suites. Was a lovely location and private complex with underground parking advantageous. Advantageous to have a car but if not then there is a bus route just at the top near the main road with good links to the trains.

Very little, Sauna didn't appear to work very well but no issue.

For starters a nice ritzy suburb, the accom forms part of a very clean vessel harbour surrounded by its own resort style boardwalk with eateries, pubs (with happy hour), shops and even a large southbank type swimming beach area. Very neat rooms with all facilities provided..staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful, especially the cleaners (also granted a late checkout for son and young fam before long haul flight)…thankyou Nautica

Excellent facilities and location. It was a very well equipped apartment. The sauna was a surprise extra bonus I hadnt appreciated on the list of facilities. Perfect after a day of beaching to relax in. On location restaurants and cafes were ideal but could be busy on weekends so make sure you book or are prepared in advance. Supermarket options were nearby if you had a car. Car park was underground in a secure facility giving me confidence that nothing bad would occur. Would stay again and recommend to others.

It would have been good to know in advance that reception closed at 5pm. I had an update email sent to me informing me that keys would have otherwise been available via lockbox but I was a briefly panicked thinking that I wasn't going to get there on time.
