Easy parking. Good size room. Balcony with table and chairs. Sound wifi. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel bar very reasonably priced.

Dog friendly, clean, beautifully designed. The shower glass door was so clean that our dog even bumped his head trying to walk through it 😄

Everything was in good order. All the staff we met were great. The coffee shop downstairs was a very pleasant place to have breakfast and the coffee was good! Hotel was clean and there were 2 dogs we saw during our stay who were well behaved. So , it was not a problem for us (a previous review made us worry that it might be). Great location; walking distance to amenities. Public transport seems to be working, although we didn’t use it this time.

It would have been nice to be able to have a hot drink , even from a machine, when we arrived late. A kettle in our room would have been a welcome addition through our stay.

Very clean, nice facility, good location, free parking.

Some of the staff were unfriendly and had bad attitudes. The reception staff were wonderful but the two restaurant staff who served us dinner were appallingly unhelpful and rude…so bad that we decided not to stay for breakfast. We left early, had breakfast in the city, and moved on to new accommodation. We don’t care how good a facility is, or how well priced it is, if all staff can’t be service oriented, helpful and friendly then we move on and will never return. If the hotel sees this review, cares, and wants to contact us, we’ll privately let them know who the two staff are.

Nice stop over before we cross the boarder

The area outside this property is unbelievably dirty with dog mess I’ve never experienced this anywhere before,the owners need to be fined for not picking up the dog mess ,I stay at this hotel and behind there is a great place for my dog to stretch her legs but can not be used as this area is covered in mess and the smell is unbelievable. You can’t walk down the street as pavement covered in dogs mess

Perfect hotel! Good food, nice rooms, dog friendly!

We had a very good stay, we were surprised what we found for a 3 star hotel we liked it a lot and we will be back for sure. The room had all we want it the only but i can say is the room was just enough for a family of three, breakfast was a bit limited but all we have tried it was nice. And the staff very good and very attentive.

We have a reservation where in the picture there was a very nice room we were expecting to have, but the staff didn't manage to change the small room they give us to the one confirmed in the booking.

Great location on the edge of town. About a 20 minute walk into the Old Town.Bedroom a good size and very clean. Giant size modern TV on wall. Ample parking in front or to the side through a barrier. Only parking in the garage is chargeable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The bath plug stopped working and within a minute of reporting it a man was at our door and replaced the faulty part. Balcony windows double-glazed so no noise from the road.

Access/signage to enter the front of the hotel by car could be better. Driving from the north down the dual-carriageway the hotel is easy to miss. Access is off a roundabout, sharp right doubling back into their car parking area.

The breakfast was great and so too was the location. Staff were excellent, extremely welcoming, helpful and kind.

Parking - We arrived at 15:00, and there was plenty of parking, however by the end of the evening, it was completely full, and considering that I had my 89 year old mother with me who has trouble walking, it would have been very complicated to park in the street had the concierge not offered us free parking in the underground car park. Luckily, there was one spot left when we arrived late that night. Thank you to that staff member!!!

We had a great stay the room was great, we used the restaurant which was very good for the evening meal,

obviously the word is out that this is a great hotel if you have a dog, I have never seen so many dogs in one hotel, not a place to stay if you are not a canine fan. The bar is very expensive for Spanish standards, a night cap is very expensive and very small measures and it cost nearly as much for a croissant and coffee as it would have if we had chosen the full breakfast option, the downside to the hotel in my opinion
