Everything was perfect in this resort , the location , the beautiful golf course l the staff at the restaurant and the front desk Soufiane , Claudia and Nextel was very professional at the restaurant , congratulations also to the chef in the kitchen the food was great

Need to change the patio chairs in the room was poor looking broken chairs on room 10 view of the golf course , but the room was big and very confortable , also very very loud and noisy ( French people) who do not care about other guests in the restaurant but not the fault of the restaurant of course

The hotel left a great impression on us! The pet-friendly environment was perfect since we were traveling with a small dog. We stayed in a room on the ground floor with a terrace, which was spacious and comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the views of the golf courses and beautiful landscape provided an excellent atmosphere. The hotel’s location was quiet and safe, adding to our comfort. We are very satisfied with our experience and definitely plan to return soon!

I liked very much the location, the nature around and the SPA centre. It is so peaceful... The restaurant has a great menu as well as very friendly staff. The girl on reception was extremely helpful and kind!

The beds have been a little hard for me. The rooms are clean and spacious but I expected a more cosy atmosphere as well as type of furniture and decor. You feel the room is a bit clinical for such of type of hotel.

I would like to for mostly say RESORT IS WELCOMING FURRY FAMILY MEMBERS! I highly recommend to stay for longer especially, if you travel with pooch and play golf! plenty of hiking and and amazing restaurants all around! We didn’t plan to play golf on this trip and we ended up with 9 holes because kids didn’t want to do anything. THEY HAD WOMAN LEFTY GOLF SET. And all at the pro shop just soooo helpful with getting us on to play! Front desk? Very accommodating and tried to do more just to make the guests are taken care off.

I wish the front desk (receptionist) had more control over spa. I learned spa is separate and it was like dealing with middle man. I had received link for the spa but there was no way of booking it. just to go back and forth about availability. Definitely disappointing and time consuming to deal with reservations.

Nice modern and spacious facilities .the view at lobby is gorgeous .Room was big very and the bed very comfy , nice bathroom with amenities .

No spa service no Hammam no jacuzzi no massage available. Any request we made calling reception we were told to come to reception to get explanation or answer . We had to load unload our luggages and received no help. Hair dryer there but just useless. I was woken up at 2.30 by lady upstairs talking on her Balcony . I still Could hear her when she got inside her room clearly noise cancellation was not efficient in our room.

The room was good. Staff were good too

The fact we couldn’t eat in the hotel ‘till 9pm. It could’ve been full till then, so again, could’ve been our fault for forgetting to ask for a table when we booked the hotel. To compensate this however, we did get an excellent meal 400 yards away at the Otriskal restaurant.

Clean rooms, helpful staff and surprisingly good food.

You want to aim for the highest rating possible and in our experience yoy did meet all the expectations. From the ambiance, the frontoffice staff, to the Restaurant to the Housekeeping, everything was Beyond perfect. Hilda, Lidia and Jolanda and the intern from the Frontoffice thank you for welcomming us and making sure next time we Will come back and stay longer with you. Thank you of making us like feel at home and relaxed. Laura, Sufi, Jose, Eloy and Ray thank you for serving us during breakfast, tapa hours and dinner in your restaurant. The chef and kitchen stuff made sure everyting was possible and delicious. Such an amazing hard working staff in front and Beyond the eyes of the guests. A special warm thank you for the amazing housekeeping staff Margarita and Mari. What a sweet and wonderfull persons you are. We love you and Lucky (Mascota Fortuna) is missing you. The rooms spacious, super clean fresh and with a Terrace and all the amenities you expect. The Hotel, perfect. The staff amazing, the ambiance perfect. To relax enjoy, Forget all your troubles and recharge. Such a Pleasant stay I have not had the luxery to expierence yet. Now we have and have found the perfect spot to spent our Vacation with our dog. A 30 minutes drive from the border with France. During the week very quite and serene. Breakfast more than enough choises. Staff amazing. Food delicious. Room perfect, housekeeping staff AMAZING. Restaurant indoor and outdoor. quility and amount which is served PERFECT.

I loved this hotel, very good quality-price ratio (we stayed in January). Beautiful area with mountain and hill views. Very quiet. Elegant hotel with lovely spa, friendly staff and nice restaurant (also good vegetarian options). Very dog friendly.

Wonderful staff. Great facilities. Food and wine were amazing. Enjoyed the golf as well!

There was some miscommunication when checking in. The spa area which has a Jacuzzi etc., which is wonderful, needs to be booked in advance.
