Excellent location. Marvellous views. The apartment was clean and all cutlery, crockery, etc provided. Cleaning products inc, dishwasher and washing machine. Free WiFi. Comfortable living space and bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Plenty wardrobe space.

Patio was not finished (slabs not cemented in), and balcony railing did not feel secure. There is no key for the balcony door. A couple of seats would be nice on the balcony to relax on? No air conditioning, which was needed, as warm outside, and the apartment had a lot of glass windows that do not open with being on the 9th floor. Few minor items to be fixed, such as a cracked window in the bedroom and cracked tile in the bathroom. Blind broken in bedroom. Parking is in multi-story next door. £22.50 for 24 hours! Helpful tip was given afterwards to use the Just Park app, and then you can come and go during your 24hrs otherwise you pay for individual sessions every time.

The apartment was only a short walk from the docs. It was good it had full sized fridge & cooker, also clothes washing facilities. There was a small sainsbury's just on the corner. Towels & some toiletries were provided. Also had tea & coffee but no milk or sugar for that much needed cuppa when you arrived.

The furniture was not like the pictures on the website. The sofa was a very small 2 seater that had seen better days as did the bed. There was only 1 of each cutlery & crockery per person. The apartment could of been a bit more homely for the price & full beverage items so you could at least have a cuppa after 3hrs travel.

Pretty much everything! Balcony with a water view, large apartment, felt huge for just the 2 of us. We felt safe, secure and comfortable. Communication back and fourth was very quick and friendly, we were able to check in early too. No reception staff, but that's a bonus for us as we just wanted to get to our room and relax. Plenty of kitchen utensils, WiFi, heating, iron and ironing board, TV (with netflix, you just have to sign into your own account), large floor to ceiling windows to let all the natural light in and to see a view of the water. Very reasonably priced for the space we got. With a few minor tweeks this review would have easily been a 10!! We would definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again!

Bed was very springy, small and quite uncomfortable, okay for us as we were there to enjoy the night life and slept like babies both nights regardless, but if you're not planning on having a boozy stay this may be an issue. There wasn't anywhere to plug in hairdryer/straighteners, with a mirror/seat, so getting ready became a little more of a task. Tea and coffee facilities all there, but no milk or coffee mate, so you'd need to go to the shop for some milk before you get to the apartment if you fancy a cuppa. Would have been nice to have some refreshment options in the fridge for our arrival, even if we had to pay extra, but there is a shop just round the corner. These were all very small negatives that didn't have a huge impact on our trip!

The location is great for sightseeing around the harbor. The flat is modern and very accommodating with plenty of space for a family of four. The view from the harbor is spectacular on clear and rainy days. Large windows makes for good natural light. There is a small grocery next door where we could get breakfast items.

It was a bit of a hike if you have multiple suitcases and walking from the train station. The bathroom floor tiles were loose and need grout work, otherwise the bathrooms are large with good water pressure.

Quiet and felt very secure. Smooth check-in and check-out. Bath tub as well as shower. Balcony was an unexpected bonus (though we didn't have time to find a key to the door). Table nicely set for dinner was a welcoming touch. Huge fridge-freezer. Good TV reception.

Had to re-make the bed before we got into it; it looked ok till we turned back the duvet. But ours was a late booking so perhaps the room was prepared in haste. The kitchen really needs an oven glove or the like for safety. Provision of table cutlery was a tad frugal; likewise crockery.

The apartment was clean, tidy and enough utensils to be self sufficient. The bed was comfortable, the sheets crisp and the shower great. I did have a little issue on night one which was swiftly resolved following a text and I cannot complain about communication and the time taken. There is a great coffee shop Beans about a two minute walk away under the car park. Walking into town/Albert Dock is around 15 minutes depending on the speed you walk.

There was nothing of any significance to dislike

The location was excellent. Close to the centre and all attractions. The views were great and it was a real home from home. Really good value for money and it had everything we needed for a family. It gave us the space that a hotel can’t give as a family and meant that the kids could have their own space. The bathrooms were nice and extra oil filled radiators were provided if we needed them which we didn’t because it was well heated anyway but the thought was there.

Some fixtures were a little tired. Wardrobe door and bedroom blind was broken. The living room blind could go with being replaced behind the tv as that was a bit dirty so we didn’t use it. Some paint could go with touching up in the hallway. The bed is a bit springy but we are spoilt at home with an Emma mattress. We slept well though.

This place is my second home I love it I’ll never go anywhere else in liverpool unless it’s fully booked the staff are great the maintenance everything sbout it spotless clean good communication I’ve been staying here for 7+ years there is nothing I can’t say is wrong with the place malmaison down stairs if you want good drinks the crowns plaza round the corner for a good burger! It’s really the place to be Albert dock for breakfast everything is spot on I love it they don’t get enough praise. My second home an forever will be

All I can say is I wish there was free parking. I think room 32 the intercom is broken which needs fixed but that’s about it really I love you guys an appreciate you always xx

Loved the location and with the apartment being on the 9th floor provided exceptional views of the mersey which was great to watch all the different types of river traffic 👍 Also very quiet and with parking next to the building took the stress out of finding a secure place to leave the car. Plenty of towels were provided and also an additional 2 sets were available as the apartment can sleep up to six .

The apartment was a little run down in places, cracked work surfaces and a badly damaged wooden floor that lead onto the patio, which was locked as suspect the water damage was caused by a door not sealing properly, a shame really as we would have liked to have had the option of using the patio...also the beds weren't that comfortable 😒

The apartment was in a central location to bars restaurants and attractions. Just a short walk away to Liverpool Docks.Youcan pick up the ferry that goes across to the isle of man and Dublin. Just a really nice place will definitely come back to Liverpool it has a lot of lovely buildings.

Some of the roads /pavements were hard to walk on in the centre. This is only hard if you are a wheelchair ♿️ user or suffering walking disabilities.
