The building is new and many of the features are in excellent conditions. The fitness center is large and equipped with all required devices. The location is right in front of the Cruiseships' harbor. There is a small grocery store nearby and a coffee shop. It would take around 20-minute walk to reach to the city center. The apartment itself is clean. Has the necessary devices like microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron &iron board, vacuum machine and coffee maker. The management provided a link to couple of videos to explain the different features of the apartment like connecting to the internet, using the washing machine and other things. The only issue was with disposing of the waste. It has to be disposed off at the ground floor level instead of using the garbage chute.

It was a very quiet building in a great location, there is a washing machine in the apartment if you're staying any length of time with full size kitchen appliances and all the utensils, pans, Iron and ironing board etc that you would need for self catering. There's a gym, roof top terrace with lounge chairs. A local supermarket just steps away. The view is great too, we could see the cruise ship that was docked at the time. The apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard. The customer service was just a text or phone call away if we had any questions. If I'm in Liverpool again I will definitely stay here. Priced very reasonably for two nights,

I suggested to customer service that a summer duvet would be a nice option in the summer months.

I was so impressed with my stay here. As I was travelling for work, I needed somewhere that felt like normality and this exceeded my expectations. The apartment was absolutely spotless and there was no noise from any of the other apartments around me. The décor of the apartment is lovely and the carpet in the bedroom is a lovely touch. Great location within walking distance of city centre and so easy to navigate. I also asked for an early check out on the morning of and they were so accommodating and helpful. I will absolutely be staying here again.

As I was travelling on my own, I would have appreciated an extra lock on the front door just as a precautionary measure but this would not put me off staying again as the access to the apartments/lift services is very secure. I particularly liked that your keyfob only allows you to go to the floor that your apartment is on.

The interior was stylish and comfortable, spotlessly clean and felt very secure only being able to access floors and lifts with an activated key fob. Very comfortable beds, we liked how the 2 bedrooms were separated by the sitting area, not adjacent to each other. Great selection of proper coffee and tea supplied. There's a Sainsbury's Local next door open until 11pm which was a bonus. It's just 10 mins walk from Castle Street, the Beatles statue, Liverpool Museum and a great seafood restaurant 'Cargo' is just 4 mins away in the opposite direction. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was wonderful, nothing to complain about at all. Just want to bring to your attention the front door needs attention, we didn't notice the door hadn't closed fully until returning after several hours later in the early hours, we couldn't close it properly without really slamming it shut, worried that may have disturbed other residents sleeping.

The apartment was lovely. High-end luxury. All facilities you need (apart from a room fan).

We could have done with an extra key. We were a family of four staying and had different plans in the evening. The host only provided one key which meant one of our party had to stay awake until midnight as we were at a concert - not ideal! We did call to ask for another key but the host/number did not call back to resolve this. It was also very hot in the sunny weather - a room fan would have made for a better nights sleep for all.

The room was lovely and very well presented. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect to explore all of Liverpool City Centre.

The room was roasting with no way of cooling it down. We stayed in summer and the front of the apartment is all glass, there was no air conditioning or even a fan, but that wouldn’t have made any difference to be honest. I struggled to sleep well because of the heat. I wouldn’t stay again in summer.

Cleanliness, facilities, view, location, cosyness. You can't go wrong with this place, it's become a regular accomodation for me whenever I come to Liverpool.

The gym could have a little more equipment but it gets the job done nonetheless. A sofa-bed in the lounge would also be great.

The accommodation is brilliant and secured. The view is good. Needed some maintenance, especially one of the windows yo open and close. Bed and mattress perfect . Tv is not what I expected, and wifi is not good.

Good location, just a short walk away from the city center. Very good lunch opportunities just around the corner. Clean and nice apartments. Also great to keep the shape at the gym.

Found it difficult to close the windows.

Beautiful place. Perfectly sized for our group of four adults. Nice location.

There was nothing to dislike. We had a little trouble retrieving the key, but the person on the phone was very helpful and it was sorted out remotely within a few minutes.
