Very friendly Staff, comfortable beds, nice room, & good breakfast: Delicious link sausage, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, muffins, waffles, cereal, milk, juice, etc

Unfortunately, there is not an adequate sound buffer: Guests in the room immediately above ours began walking & running with heavy steps from about 9:30 p.m. til midnight; &, resumed at about 4:00 a.m. At times the resulting vibration was so powerful that it sounded as though someone was attempting to get into our room; as the locking mechanism rattled, loudly. Former guests had damaged one of walls in the room; along with the inside of the door to the restroom. Makeshift repairs had been accomplished: That is on guests who obviously had very lousy attitudes.

Missing my connection at SeaTac, I needed a place to rest that provided a shuttle. Quality Inn offers airport transportation 24 hours! The overnight staff was pleasant and thorough, cheerfully checking in a line of weary travelers at midnight. Shoutout to Shane ( or Shad??) Everything was clean and in good repair. The bed was comfortable! They had toothpaste that I needed, and a variety of breakfast offerings, too. Perfect resting spot for a quick rest before catching my next flight 😉

The sheets are microfiber, the coffee was mediocre.

It was close to my work. Alaska Airlines hub. literally across the street I could walk there. it’s not too far from fast foods and a central. there was a 7-11 5min walk away. I asked for my room to be serviced, they do a great job servicing. Everything in my room worked - iron, hair dryer, tv and remote. a/c and heater, hot water and good pressure. the staff was very friendly.

It wasn’t super secure. anyone could park there and there was no security on watch. the gym facility and guest laundry facilities were out of service. the breakfast wasn’t impressive but it’s free food.

It was within walking distance from the airport. I took their free shuttle back to the airport and it dropped me off right at the correct gate.

The hotel is old and so it shows a little wear. I was asleep most of the time and didn't notice this. The guest in the adjoining room could be heard when walking about. This was only a tiny bother.

It is close to the airport and the have a shuttle. The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. It was close to a couple of places to eat. We arrived after 10:00 p.m. and walked to an 24 hour restaurant.

It was expensive, well out of the price range compared to the same class hotels in the same airport location. The facilities were dated as well. But we booked late and everything else was sold out.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. They served sausage, eggs and waffles. Plus hot and cold cereal options. Name brand Fruit Loops, Raisin Bran and others. Room was as expected 2 queens, big screen TV with built-in desk. Separate sitting chair. The shower had excellent pressure and ran nice and hot. The water was soft too. The hotel was adjacent to the city's light rail station and on the corner of International Blvd. Travel into the Seattle Center was a straight shot.

Hahaha 😄 The TV remote didn't have a sleep timer.

Although Breakfast was included in the Room rate, we were unable to have breakfast because we had an early flight so had to leave hotel at 5am and breakfast was available after 6am. But this was not really an issue, as there was a complimentary coffee maker in the lobby. I liked the free airport shuttle service from and to the airport. The airport collection point was easy to find and the system used has been setup well. We arrived at 8:15pm and we were at the hotel by 9pm, including wait time for our baggage collection. The hotel was not too far from the airport, but very quiet in the room. Also we had a 15min walk back to Subway food chain (but there were several other food chains in the area to chose from). Shuttle service was clean and on-time and do its job. Room was clean and had a comfortable bed and was nicely appointed. However after two days of airtravel, I only really focussed on a hot shower and a comfortable bed. And both were very good.

Nothing to complain about, as the room was mainly to allow us to get a good night's sleep before continuing on our travel plan. The room on the 3rd floor was suggested as being quieter than the 2nd floor, and it was. Overall we had a nice stay.

We stay one night for a cruise. The phone calling system in the airport was broken. Luckily, the shuttle bus from the Inn showed up in the pickup area. The room in level 1 was clean. Bed was comfortable. The showroom was renovated with nice hot water. A lot of choices of included breakfast were offered. The self-making waffle was the best.

CLOSE TO AIRPORT, VERY CONVENIENT FOR MY LATE EVENING ARRIVAL, PLUS THE FREE SHUTTLE WAS A HUGH HELP! BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD, NOT JUST COLD CEREAL AND COFFEE. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND HAD THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED AND THE PILLOWS WERE SO GREAT THAT I ASKED WHERE THEY GET THEIRS FROM SO I CAN ORDER SOME FOR MY HOME. THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME WITH DIRECTIONS TO MY NEXT DESTINATION. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!!!

I booked because I needed a shuttle to the airport at 4 am. When we arrived at the airport we were dropped of at the parking garage rather that at our individual airline entrance. A long walk dragging luggage. I would not have booked had I known this was your policy.
