I loved the staff and the room was beautiful and the comfy bed was just amazing. The restaurant in the lobby was excellent!! The food was amazing and the prices were excellent. Staff was very kind.

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t use the laundry facilities. They said they were out of order, so I had to make a trip to the laundromat. The maids didn’t service the room while I stayed there but were nice to give me clean towels when I asked.

My granddaughter drove me. We had planned to go find a DDD meal. Instead we found an amazing Vietnamese restaurant in the lobby!! We pulled off the street to the front door. We heard a horn blaring about every ten seconds. Finally figured out it was the shuttle driver. He very aggressively motioned for us to move as I was about to get out and walk in. We actually called from the parking lot, above and a long way for me to that door, to cancel the reservation because of the horrid individual that drove the courtesy shuttle and the fact that I cannot walk very well. BTW. I am elderly and on a cane with assist. I, and several family members, come to see my daughter several times a year. Unless this man is addressed none of the nine of us will ever return there. I came because this was my first time there. My grandsons were unhappy their Nana was treated badly because they had been telling me to come.

I did not like the shuttle driver. He is rude and obnoxious. I was calling inside to cancel and get my money back. The front desk server was the best ever frontline accommodation. Her name was Janetta King. She turned out to be a gem. She did the best ever service recovery you could imagine. We were tired and our plan was to find a DDD restaurant and crash for a morning flight. The restaurant in the lobby was phenomenal. Service, food and, even other patrons. But. Jenetta is a ROCK STAR!!

Clean, tidy, in good repair. Handy to airport. Prompt shuttle service to and from airport. A full service independent restaurant and bar in the lobby were very reasonable and handy.

I wanted to switch rooms for one with a refrigerator and microwave oven but the staff person (the desk never had more than one person in it) looked up my reservation and informed me that since I had booked them through a 3rd party (Booking.Com!) I could not switch rooms. The only Ice machine for guests was on the 2nd floor.

We had a very nice stay. August 2nd 2023. This is a positive review. We stayed for one night before our cruise. The front desk ladies were very polite and helpful. We called from the airport for the free hotel shuttle and they arrived 15 minutes later. Nice. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very quite and the shower was nice. The hotel was clean and presentable. I would stay here again. Room 216 is really nice. TY for nice stay.

It didn't have a microwave or a safe in the room. No problem.

I stayed twice with in a few weeks. 2 nights each time. First time was not as good. Lobby reeked of cigarettes the entire stay, the room was musty. But the 2nd time it smelled much better, room and lobby. Alot cleaner. No microwave or fridge. But the beds wee amazing. Pillows and blankets were ideal. TV channels were great and Internet was good. Customer service seemed a little lacking until I had a problem but staff resolved it. Parking lot is sketchy. A car next to mine got broken into.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. We stayed on the 4th floor and everything was clean and quiet. We loved the large jetted tub and the comfortable bed. I was a little concerned after reading all the negative reviews, but honestly, my girlfriend and I had a really nice time.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Even the lady when I was checking out was polite, quick and to the point, but professional and courteous.

I needed a place to rest for my eight hour layover. I really looked at price and location to Seatac departures as my criteria. I also looked at previous comments. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and value. The bed and bathroom were top notch. My Ethiopian driver in the morning was pleasant and efficient.

The hotel is oldish and a little worn out but this is where the value kicks in.

We booked this wonderful little hotel at the last minute, having missed a connection, and needed to catch a new connection the following day. The shuttle service is much appreciated! The front desk explained how to find the shuttle bus and the shuttle bus driver was cheerful and polite about his delay due to the traffic jam. The hotel room itself is clean and comfortable. We really love being able to walk downstairs to the in-house restaurant (Ginger Palace) for a delicious dinner and breakfast after such a long journey. Thank you for being so amazing!

We had to wait over 45 minutes for a shuttle after several conversations with the desk. It was after 1 am before we got to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable.

Our bill didn't make sense. I had booked two rooms, we received a suite, my dad received a regular room but I found out later that he paid quite a bit more for the room than we did for the suite. He didn't want me to call about it, but I thought it was very odd.

The room (216) was cozy. It had all of the amenities except a microwave. Mini fridge, air conditioned, TV with cable, bathroom had Dove soap, Dove conditioner, Dove shampoo and Dove body lotion. Microwave was available to use in the lobby.

Woman at the front desk had RBF but she was professional and great checking us in. Didn't ask us if we needed a vehicle parking permit. Other than that everything was great!
