The room was very large and newly decorated. It was just like the pictures on the website. The breakfast was very nice, quite simple but very enjoyable

We were told by the gentleman at reception that the rooms for booking.com visitors are not in the hotel. The hotel seems to have taken over an apartment in an apartment block and converted it into 4 hotel rooms. This was across the road and up an ally The view out of the only window looked out on the small very scruffy carpark of this block. The approach and entrance to this room was very scruffy and felt very isolated and although inside the decor was good and as the picture on website it was not at all what we expected when we booked. As it was NOT in the hotel

Many rules and menaces what will happen when rules ignored inside the hotel.

Good location, with a lovely view of the Rhine. Easy to park there for a cost of 12 euros, although there was cheaper on road parking, which the hotel staff did tell us about. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the Rhine. In easy walking distance of the old town, where we went for dinner( the hotel doesn't have a restaurant)

Nothing to really dislike. The only thing that let it down for us was breakfast. We were asked what time we would go for breakfast, when we got there at 9am, the buffet was seriously depleted. We asked for eggs which were replenished , but choice wasn't as good as other hotels we'd stayed in Germany. Also the hotel is closed at 11pm, so not possible to have a late night drink.

This was a wonderful stay for our 2 nights in Koblenz. Very close to where we wanted to tour in the Moselle Valley and the Rhine Valley. We had two rooms, one in the hotel and one in the additional building which was just around the corner. Beautiful rooms! The breakfast each morning was really great, with a lovely view of the river. We walked along the river both evenings on our way to dinner. The staff were very nice and there to make sure that you have everything you need to have a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Patrick Baumgarten is a super hero!!! My friend lost her cell phone while cycling along the Mosel. Some kind person found it and turned it in to the hotel they were staying at. Patrick coordinated a taxi ride to the hotel for us, had the chef prepare food for us to take on the taxi ride (since we had arrived late at the hotel) and poured a beer for us to drink as he carried our luggage and escorted us to our rooms!! I have never experienced that outstanding level of customer service anywhere in the world!!! Well done Patrick!!

We were at a wedding that went very well. All our guests enjoyed the Hotel and loved Koblenz. When we visit again we will stay at this Hotel

One of our party required Gluten Free food that you said you could not provide. You should be able to accommodate this. It is not difficult to do. We travel to lots of countries to small Hotels and they manage it.

Really nice quiet location in a residential area on the bank of the Rhine. Delightful friendly staff. The kitchen was closed the night the night of our stay as the chef was unwell. But excellent recommendations of places to eat within walking distance

We had a room in the adjacent annexe Augusta, very good size and amenities but non existent WiFi though the speed was fine in the main hotel and breakfast room

kleiner Reisen is on the Rhine river bank. My room had lovely big double bed. It was neat clean and tidy.There was a lift to all floors. Amazing value compared to most of Mosel/ Rhine hotels. My room had a kettle, hairdryer and iron. good breakfast and reasonable coffees and drinks in the sun terrace. Fabulous hotel. We each had our own balcony with views over the Rhine. The situation was great. They also had a lovely sun terrace. Coffee at breakfast was superb. Illy had to have a second cup.

Location was excellent, with a Rhine boat stop right outside the door. Staff were very polite and friendly. We were allowed to leave our car slightly over the official time so that we could take the cable car to the Ehrenbreitstein fortress before continuing our journey south. Quality of room was first class: we got a mini-suite with a balcony view over the river. Furnishings are of excellent quality. Amazing value for money!

We discussed a better black-out in the bathroom (we like near-total darkness to sleep and the bedroom shutters provide this) and the manager said they would look into it in the winter. But this is a really niggling complaint. We'd be back in a flash.

The location was great, just a short walk from the train station. I was lucky enough to get an east-facing river view room and waking up every morning to the sun shining in the window was like a dream. The sunny breakfast room added to the great start to the day. Everyone was super nice to me. I loved every second of my stay, thank you!

The beds were far too soft for me, but that's just my preference as I prefer hard mattresses. I'm sure this will be a positive for others :)
