This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel that is well appointed and maintained. It is very clean and perfectly located on the beach. Breakfasts are excellent except on Saturday when, due to Jewish religious regulations, no fresh hot coffee or cooked food is served.

Dinner on Friday was very disappointing. The dining room was very crowded and service was very poor. Also, the parking lot was under construction with no advanced warning. We were very disappointed that the room in this ‘exclusive’ hotel didn’t come with a coffee maker or bath robes.

Excellent spacious room with balcony and sea view. High quality beds and linens. High spec bathroom. Lots of storage and fridge. Lovely pool area and short walk to beach. Good location for restaurants and shops.

Parking extremely limited with only very small No of spaces that are mostly for suites or disabled. Pay parking close by or free parking on rough ground short walk away. Breakfast was good food but extremely busy with long queues for coffee and omelettes even when went earlier to avoid the main crowds. Expensive room rates

The room was clean and comfortable, but the bed should be with softer mattress and better pillows in order to be more sleep friendly at the hotel with this price level. Shower was the best of its kind with waterfall option. The gym was small but good enough for exercises with big balcony where you can even do warm up running. breakfast was just perfect with excellent food selection, but not all shifts of waiters are equally good servicemen. The hotel’s sea beach is comfortable, but without any toilet.

Room bed is not that soft and comfortable. Hotel’s parking is too small and always full, the hotel should make an arrangement with big private parking in front of the hotel.

we paid for the upgrade to presidential room and enjoyed the Hemingway lounge ver much!

it was in Eilat, screaming loud children at every meal. too loud for normal conversation. we chose room service. parking was an extreme issue, hard to find. we cut the day trips short, returning in the mid-afternoon just to find parking. only twice were we lucky enough to get hotel parking - and we had a presidential suite! we used Pango the rest of the time. In the hotel parking, there was place for 30 cars but 10 were reserved for handicapped drivers. that was not realistic.

The breakfast was delicious. Israelis do not eat meat for breakfast because they usually eat dairy products that cannot be mixed with meat, plus various vegetables. I am a vegetarian so I could try everything. I will miss him

On the first day we were accommodated in a room on the top floor where air conditioning fans were mounted on the roof. which made a terrible noise. When I tried to ask for a change of room they tried to brush me off. Only when my husband went to the reception in the morning we got a new room without any problems. If you are in Israel you have to remember that a woman in this country is less respected so if you want to get anything done it has to be done by a man. You must also be prepared that help with the luggage will be offered to a man, and if you are a woman, you must carry it yourself.

1. Best location in Eilat on the northern beach and one step from the shopping area. (In addition, the sister hotel across the street got a mini mall.) 2. Probably the most modern room we enjoyed in Israel, and with a true king size bed. It must have been renovated recently. A good quiet sleep. 3. Kudos for the amphitheatric pool area with sufficient shading, and a big pool with grotto. 4. We enjoyed half pension plus the Hemingway lounge which was open for presidential floors since 11am. This covered for all our meals. In general, the best food in Eilat is served in hotels, and it pays out to include the dinner. 5. The staff are very attentive. I suppose it was a bit pricy but on par with similar hotels along the Northern beach, and not as dramatic as one may expect (we decided to go in October right after the holidays). On the positive side, it accounted for ALL the meals (unlike most US hotels), so it was worth it. Besides, in the present stranded circumstances there is no choice but to revisit Eilat.

Brilliant service from all staff we met. they went out of their way to make us welcome.

No walk-in shower. difficulty in getting into bath to have a shower.. no hand rails !!!!!

Visitors at the swimming pool come with their own music loud and do not respect the tranquility of the hotel (same at the beach but mainly at the swimming pool!) : for this main reason, not at the level of a 5 star hotel
