We had the most amazing experience with the Hotel Posada Terra Santa. I traveled with my teenage son and it was very easy to navigate around our different time schedules. The hotel has plenty of small seating areas that allow for privacy and provide quiet space for relaxation or work outside the hotel room. I mostly enjoyed the rooftop area with the plunge pool and beautiful views. The staff was very attentive and always available to talk to and happy to help any time. The hotel offers a complimentary sauna with your booking (must be booked in advance) and it was such a beautiful experience to start every day with an hour of self care. I also booked some relaxation massages with the highly qualified masseur lady recommended by the hotel and they were the most wonderful relaxing treatments ever! The hotel is very well located for all the attractions of the city. The sea is just 10 min walk away, with all the amazing restaurants and bars just around the corner. The hotel is placed in a quiet street allowing for peaceful nights for those avoiding crowds. All in all, we had an amazing time in Palma and the hotel played a major role in our experience. We will certainly be back!

It’s very difficult to find. Our cab driver from the airport dumped us some distance away saying (correctly) it was in a pedestrian area, though he could have got nearer. After a day out, we had difficulty finding it on foot even after we’d been there a couple of days!

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints. The rooms have been tastefully refurbished recently. The welcome from reception is a model which should be followed by all hotels. The location is fabulous - right in the heart of the historic area of Palma.

Recent refurbishment to an excellent standard throughout. Large comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and super friendly staff. We look forward to returning again as we enjoyed our stay so much.

Minor issue with the bathroom with water escaping from the shower cubicle which hasn't been sealed correctly leaving a small pool of water on the bathroom floor. Also there is a gap between where the toilet is fitted and the bathroom wall. There may be a problem with the WiFi as the TV kept losing the WiFi signal. This didn't detract from thoroughly enjoying our stay.

The food and service excellent - the chef prepares excellent meals. The staff and atmosphere was very pleasant

The small cabin originally booked was really tiny - barely room to move around the bed - and this didn't show on the pre booking information. The staff found a larger room in the main building which was much better. Other guests brought dogs into the restaurant and into the spa pool area - this put us off using the pool and dog yapping at breakfast most unwelcome.

The property is in a great location for sightseeing and has a lovely local beach in the walking distance. The decor is beautiful, the linens and towels are of very high quality. The air conditioning is very efficient and makes no sound at all. The curtains black out the room so sleeping is very comfortable. The pool area is quiet and inviting. The pool furniture is very comfortable and the umbrellas are required in the hot afternoon. The restaurant is excellent and the morning breakfast is sumptuous. What sets this hotel above others is the outstanding staff. They are all gracious, helpful, kind and friendly. Our GPS was not working and the staff stayed on the phone for 10 minutes verbally guiding us through the various streets to arrive at the hotel. We were fortunate to have stayed for 7 nights at this lovely hotel.

There was not one thing we could possibly complain about. Everything was perfect.

Even though we traveled to Mallorca during the off season, mid November, this Hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is superb, central but hidden in a quiet corner, with the friendliest and most helpful staff, who recommended and helped us plan activities all around Mallorca and booked us a last minute Taxi to the airport when our flight got canceled super last minute. I loved that they kept the rooftop pool open as the weather was magical (even in November) and they offer private use of the spa facility which has a small indoor pool and a sauna. Perfect for a relaxing evening. make sure to book in advance. Room was clean and comfortable, not a great view in our case but we were perfectly fine with the accommodation and the room service was exceptional. They provided us with everything we asked for right away. We didn't get a chance to eat at the Hotel as we wanted to try all the restaurants in the city but the food smelled amazing and seemed to be full of happy customers. We only had drinks in the Lobby which were great! I would definitely recommend and will stay here again if I had the choice.

The indoor pool could be a few degrees warmer :)

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! I loved the aesthetic of the space, there is so much detail in the design of every room. It has a relaxed, cool vibe! The front desk staff (Helios and Ania) really went out of there way to make my solo trip special, helped me plan daily excursions and recommend restaurants and local spots to visit. The breakfast each morning was very tasty and the wait staff (especially Marco), were so kind and attentive. The people who work here are truly amazing and really go out of there way to make you feel special. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next trip!

Excellent hotel with exceptional customer service. The hotel is a real gem - hidden in the back streets of the old town - chic but intimate. The staff were truly superb. Total relaxation!

This hotel is just beautiful - I imagine it’s not 5 stars because of limited facilities (no big conference rooms etc.), and common spaces are limited as it’s an old building - but it’s elegant, spotless clean, it has charm and personality and it may just be the most quiet hotel I’ve ever been in, which says a lot as it’s in the old city center. The staff has been really kind and helped with every question and request.

There’s really nothing to dislike, I would surely stay there again.
