Extremely friendly and helpful host. Communication was always swift and easy via WhatsApp. They came to the apartment for the check-in in the evening and also provided some great tips and recommendations. The apartment is perfectly located (only 10 to 20 min by foot to any of the most important sights, the beach or major bus and train station) and still super quiet. It also only takes about 20 min in total to get from the airport to the apartment, and a supermarket that is also open on Sunday is very close by. If you need it very dark for sleeping, I'd recommend bringing a sleeping mask as the curtains don't keep the light out completely.

I absolutely loved the place. If there was anything to improve, I'd mention the following: The kitchen could be a bit better equipped (another pot and pan would be nice). I am not sure if the washing machine would be working if you needed it as it looks older and it currently serves as "shelf" for cups and glasses.

Very good location to explore Palma, but on a very quiet street. Supermarket and cafe just next door. Very unique property and perfect for a family travelling with kids that want their own space. The check in and check out was perfect and communication from the reception was great.

Our stay was perfect. It was not an issue for us, but people with mobility issues should check if they can manage - this is an historic property with stairs. The photographs are very accurate of the accommodation, so check before you travel if you have concerns.

Hostess Puri was amazing, very helpful and always ready to help. Location was fantastic. Bed very comfortable.

Guests in room downstairs (patio) were smoking and the smell came to our room. Apart from this just a few minor issues: Have to be careful going upstairs to the bathroom (sharp edges), freezer needs defrosting, dishwashing up liquid dispenser broken.

Absolutely superb ! I’ve stayed in palma on a few occasions and this is the best by far. Brilliant location, quiet at night. Very spacious, clean, the most comfy bed ! Loved it and would highly recommend. Gem of a find thank you very much for the stay and service too

Great location for visiting the old town, lovely old building, Puri was also very welcoming. Lockers in garage were very handy for leaving luggage before or after stay.

We stayed in apartment 3. Only issue is the toilet is very poorly positioned, it is far too close to the shower screen,making it difficult for right handed people to use comfortably .

The rooms were quite sizeable, and clean. The location was the very center of historic Palma. We had a supermarket nearby, also with cafes. We mainly made our breakfast by ourselves in the room, the kitchen was sufficient for that.

The large apartment was in the cellar, thus quite dim. Yet we did anticipate a bit darkeŕ apartment and it did not bother us. We planned to sleep there only, get around the city, and get back to change and get drinks before hitting nightlife.

Very close to the center of Palma. Beautiful appartement and room. Tastefully renovated and comfortable beds etc.

We were missing some tools in the kitchen. For example there was no cutting board. It wasn’t really prepared for cooking, this was the only minus.

Just beautiful historic property in the heart of Palma with excellent location, architecture, interior design, access everywhere and private off street parking.

Can’t really complain about anything. Very spacious, would love to stay in summer and enjoy courtyards within property.

Located at the very heart of the town, on a quiet street. The house is not large but full of style and very clean (bed is super comfy). Private parking just next to hotel entrance is great. Puri (the host) was very kind and helpful, called me the day before arrival to confirm check-in, welcomed me at 9PM and provided with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

The bathroom was a bit chilly during the coldest days of winter. It would be nice to have a heater.

Location is perfect, walking distance to the main points of interest inside Palma's old city centre Big balcony to enjoy the beautiful weather

Even though there's a clear sign of Non Smoking unfortunately there was a tiny smell of smoke at the social area in front of the balcony
