The room has been modernized recently and it is very functional. It is spacious and clean. It has motorized window shades, abundant ambient lighting, a very comfortable bed, a refrigerator and a microwave. There's plenty of storage space also. The bathroom is large and excellent, with all the necessary comforts. I like the dispensers with Dove products. The property is clean and attractive and the staff friendly and efficient. Finally I loved the available breakfast items. They included scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patties and links, biscuits, and gravy, all of them perfectly cooked.

The only detail that needs attention is that there are quite a few signs that have missing letters. It would be a significant improvement to repair all signage. Otherwise, everything seams excellent.

The beds are so comfortable. My family really enjoyed staying here the sofa bed is big enough for 3 people to sleep on. The shower was amazing, the hot water is super hot though lol. We stayed for 1 night and we’re welcomed right away with our keys. I would come back again. Thank you to the staff for making our night cozy!

The room had a little smell but aside from that I don’t have any other complaints about the stay.

This is my "GO TO" Hotel every year for APA Ladies Distributor, the staff is amazing, the rooms are very large, and the breakfast is on point. A little more expensive than other hotels in the area but well worth the extra buck!! We fit 5 ladies in a queen suite with the sofa with no problem! THANKS HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS!!

with 5 people in a room, we should of had more towels and wash clothes in the room, but we had no problem getting more from the staff at the front desk..

The bed was comfortable, and the room was well appointed. The hotel in general was quiet.

The mini fridge did not work and there was not a bathroom vent to vent shower steam. Our room was a little muggy after showering.

Bathroom had a smell. Maybe from some sour mop water. I used some of the Dove body wash on the floor and made it somewhat better. our second day there I asked one of the housekeepers to please mop the room and just replace the towels. No one came and cleaned the room at all on Friday. I had to go down to the front desk and pick up towels for us to use. Saturday Ms Felicia was cleaning the floor I was on and she went out of her way to clean the bathroom and get clean towels for us. She was very nice and cared that we had everything we needed for our stay. I was hesitate to even say anything about this but overall the Hotel cleaning staff did a reasonable job of cleaning.

Comfortable room with friendly helpful staff

Music from managers office below our room playing all night….we had to turn the AC fan on constant high to semi drown out the noise….we told staff about it but nothing was done!

The location was good. There was no breakfast available. The room was clean comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again. I What else do you need for a nights recommend this hotel to anyone. Location, clean, and comfortable!!

We were somewhat disappointed there was no breakfast. There were places close by where we did eat! The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. I can't complain about anything.

The hotel was very clean, as well as our room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had updated fixtures. The room was really pretty. The coffee was great. We didn’t eat the breakfast but it did look yummy with many options. The dining area was pristine.

All around all good the patsy st the front desk the best, I've Ever experienced in all my hotel stays. Went beyond to help me with my stay...

We came and the kids were pumped about the swimming pool. When we got here the staff informed us that it was off season and their pool hadn’t been shocked or kept up with.
