Awesome place only a few blocks from the city center. The entire place is renovated in a modern way while still talking care of the old building character. Very nice staff and the comfyiest mattresses on our trip thru Mexico!

Complicated parking situation. The staff takes care of parking the car, however, it is only accessible from 7.30am to 10pm and there is a waiting time of about 15min to have the car ready. Moreover, some rooms can get noisy because of café/street.

12 foot ceiling, excellent beds and pillow, good AC, good location. Only 10 rooms (i think) quite and private. Clean enough for silicone chip manufacturing! Hot water in shower. I was on second floor on the street; was afraid it would be noisy. The manager assured me at night it was quiet. It was and i slept well. Attached small cafe serves good food and non ripoff prices.

Had trouble with TV, probably my fault; I thought the hotel had netflix but you need your own account. I don’t have one so didn’t know.

Location is perfect to visit downtown!

Unfortunately the beds are not properly made… the let the bottom sheet edge stop at the foot of the mattress instead of wrapping it. So as you sleep your feet crunch up the bottom of the sheet and you end up touching the bare mattress with your feet. Pretty uncomfortable. When we told the receptionist to resolve this… we were met with a blank stare. So if you choose to stay. Just ask them to do the bed properly “before” you come back from dinner/bar and it’s too late.

The location of this hotel was ideal. Just prior to the main historic square, we were able to pull over, check-in and have our car tucked into their garage (20mins away, It was all taken care of for us) within minutes. The room sizes are grand, we had a comfortable seating area separate from the sleeping area with a large walk in shower room. The rooms came with a large storage cupboard, with safe and a hand held steamer included. I was grateful of the steamer after a week backpacking! We asked some recommendations from the staff, all were helpful and friendly, we received a voucher for the attached cafe and had our day organised. A walk in either direction is a treat, we had three different adventures from the hotel, all by foot, fully accessible. A great spot.

This property was excellent for a weekend stay. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were so cozy. It's far enough from the center that it's quiet, but easily walkable. We also took advantage of the nice spa and the cafe, which had good food. We enjoyed it a lot and it was a great value!

Excellent location, less than a 10-min walk to the Zocalo, and many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's restaurant has a wonderful menu at a great price point. Rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable, and hotel staff were very kind. Would def stay here again!

Great staff. Pretty quiet but still close to the historic center. Parking lot was included in the price of the room.

Hotel does not offer a breakfast and there is no hotel's restaurant. There is a cafe cooperating with the hotel but its staff was not very friendly and helpful.

Stylish hotel rooms that are a good size, with aircon and walk-in shower. All areas are well maintained and Carlos a staff member was so very helpful with not only the luggage up and down stairs but understanding the menus and finding an alternative massage business as they were booked out.

Our room in the ground floor was a bit humid due to the building, and a bit smelly. Natural ventilation should be arranges to avoid this.

New hotel, spacious room, mini fridge in the room, cozy and flowered balcony. Close to the downtown. We were deeply impressed by concierge service. Very good neighboring restaurant with delicious breakfasts.
