Location

Bathroom lacked exaust fan. And it was brought up to front desk attention, but it was never fixed. Bathroom kept fogging up, and steam and oddors were not sucked out of room. One girl at front desk said that exaust fan was on a timer, wich doesn't make sense. Any other hotel I've ever stayed, exaust fan comes on automatically when lights are turned on. And bath tub has only half a glass on tub edge, that doesn't keep water from splashing all over the bathroom floor.

I booked this hotel very last minute as our original plans were canceled. I had no real expectation about the hotel and was so pleased with our stay. I would definitely stay again if we need a hotel in downtown Puebla! Clean, has a pool, has everything we need, front desk staff and bell service was great!

I didn’t like that the room had only 2 towels (we were a group of 4). When I called for 2 extra towels, person on phone was very friendly, but when cleaning lady came she was rude. She came over with two towels but didn’t give them to me. She asked me if I asked for two towels and I said yes. It was a very awkward encounter. She said only 1 towel per person. I told her we are 4 and then finally she gave them to me. Other thing I didn’t like is that hand soap and conditioner were out. Because of the awkward towel encounter with the cleaning lady, I didn’t bother to ask for hand soap or conditioner.

The location is exceptional, just few blocks from The Zocalo of Puebla. The breakfast was very good, with diversity of fruits, juices, yogurt, breads, and you can also request for specific omelets and so on.

What I din't like was the bathroom because the water comes from the shower and goes to the floor of the bathroom, due that the shower door has only one sheet, the other part is missed. The service was very good, the ladies come every day to clean and organize the rooms. The room door key was also problematic because it didn't opened the door, they should check for the batteries of the doors. It didn't happened to me only, I saw other customers doing complaints for the same reason.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is very nice, a short walking distance from the Zocalo. The valet parking was very convenient. Our kids enjoyed the rooftop pool.

One of the rooms smelled a bit stuffy, and one sheet (while clean) had a hole in it. When we realized we only need two rooms, rather than three, the staff were helpful and agreed to transfer back the price of the third room, but we are still waiting for the funds.

NH Puebla is a wonderful hotel located in the historic district of Puebla. Wonderful buildings all around with an incredible atmosphere. Overall, it was a great stay in the city of Puebla!

The particular wing of rooms that we stayed at was undergoing maintenance/renovations so it was a little messy. Some of the carpets were stained as well as the walls. The rooms were clean and well maintained however.

The room was very clean, comfy mattress, quiet. The location is amazing, right in the city centre, you can walk everywhere. Breakfast is really good and varied.

The room was very barren, TV was very old and the remote wasn't working after a while. We didn't have towels either. No amenities, but if you ask they do deliver them. The hotel looks a bit run down in general. I was a bit disappointed cause I have stayed in other NH hotels and I was expecting the same, I don't think it reflects a 4 star hotel.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location was close enough walk to el zocalo and to several good restaurants. The hotel had a decent restaurant on the premises. We needed to request blankets since the AC was either too warm or too cold, We requested blankets and they were quickly delivered to our room.

Our room door did not latch properly so it was difficult to properly secure the door. Some of the food at the buffet was not as good or fresh as I expected for the price. It would have been nice to have access to the refrigerator in the hotel room without having to ask for it to be unlocked.

Very comfortable queen beds in a twin room Large bathroom but water splashes if you dont take care. Lots of light/bulbs Good breakfast with much choice Spacious Only 5 min wall to the square. 15 min to Bus terminal

Bad smell. But this is quite common in Puebla due to bad drainage The fridge was not on. We had to call to have it unlock and it was never cold enough. The staff doesn't look much friendly

If you’re looking for a hotel with air conditioning and proximity to the zocalo this is a good hotel. Can’t rate any other services.

Tv didn’t work, blurry screen like it was really old. No more than 3 channels to watch unless you pay. Couch was ripped, abused, dirty and with stains everywhere, I never sat on it, I only used it to place my luggage on it

-Amazing personnel. -Comfortable room. -Great location. You can walk everywhere. -Yummy, and plenty of breakfast.

The bathroom was a little dirty (shower, sink). I ordered chalupas at the restaurant, and they were literally ONE string of meat. My humble advice is: don't order chalupas. The rest of the food was delicious!
