Very spacious, great bed, great to have a dressing area, very nicely decorated, comfortable bathroom and very clean. Good location for old town and Jewish Quarter. Nice places to eat very close by.

Room was a bit dark with no view as had velux windows that didn't open very much and the skylights had been covered up. The photo above shows a lovely terrace to sit out on but it seems there is only one apartment that has this facility.

- Location was perfect! 10/15minute walk to Old Town Square but so much surrounding the property too! Highly recommend simply because of the location - The apartment was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable - Had toiletries and all amenities were functioning well -no fuss with an entry card as it uses a digi code which is great -Although check in in contactless you are able to store your baggage at an affiliate hotel if your check in times do not correlate -The property is quiet, you can’t hear your neighbours or the street -The hotel room has a safe -Towels were provided and good storage areas

The appartment is in a great location. Clean, with good bed, bathroom and kitchen. It has no blinds, so you use some heavy curtains instead. The neighborhood is very cosy and safe, with food and drink places around it.

The hosts were very unresponsive. We could not reach them through email, or through the booking chat application. The only thing that worked, was to visit their staffed reception and communicate in person. Also the appartment entrance is a bit easy to miss.

There is no host. You get an electronic key, eventually. The service used to provide documentation is quite flawed and seems to be in a continuous loop of asking the same questions. I emailed the hosts and they said that I had successfully registered, even though the app gave no indication. That being said, the electronic key worked well for both the street entrance and the room door.

There was only space to use use one appliance at a time (microwave or toaster or coffee machine).

The room was very cozy and organised. It had everything that u would need for a short stay. The location is brilliant as almost everything is either walkable or has easy access to uber/bolt.

The room heating was extreme. It was extremely hot in the room to a point of discomforting. Inspire of turning off the radiators it was quite much. Room wifi did not work until the last day. I had raised a query on the day of arrival regarding it however it was not fixed. We had access to wifi from a different room which was available on and off.

Very clean place, very nice and practical design. The online instructions for self check in and out were really easy to follow and everything worked smooth. Good location. Pretty good value, looking ar other hotels in prague.

Only one thing. From the pictures and description I understand that we could have a much easier access to the balcony or the courtyard. We got a studio at the 3rd floor and we had to take the elevator for going out. Well...this is a common smoker's problem.

Clean, spacious room with a good well equipped kitchen including electric hob. Comfortable and nice and warm thanks to brilliant central heating. TV wasn’t connecting to wifi but once emailed host quickly responded and arranged technician to fix while out exploring the beautiful city. Netflix on TV.

Difficult to get in touch with host to arrange early check in and ended up sitting around for hours waiting. Broken door handle on bathroom door.

Location is perfect. The place has been cleaned. The design is good. Everything is new and comfortable. Check-in was easy and fast.

We lived on the top floor. There are three small windows in the room. There are several windows on the ceiling, but they cannot be opened. It is impossible to raise the blinds. Because of this, there is not enough light in the room. It would be great if you make it possible to raise/lower the blinds.

Great location, nice building. Close to many attractions, supermarkets. Great restaraunts are very close. Interior is simple, but cosy.

Our room was on ground floor, it was dark even on a sunny day. Blankets were stifling. The check-in is complicated, but this is the law in Czech Republic. My code did not work, had to call support and ask for another one, they helped instantly. But overll worth the money.
