Room rate was good.

Breakfast wasnt free/included. Breakfast is cheap to provide and shouldn't be used as a revenue generator. You get a lot of bang for your buck, revenue wise for providing this meal. And also,the provided food was served buffet style, not special cooked.

good place to stay with family

in the room we stayed there AC was running continuously, and the controls switch wasn’t working at all , we called to front desk and they replied that if you want turn off the AC just unplug, when we try to find the plug , we couldn’t find. we were so tired after a long day so we just used blankets to cover ourselves and sleep . but it was a coldest night for us .

I like everything about the Hotel most expecially the shuttle bus service

The breakfast every day they do pock surccege and I don't eat pock so I have to be paying extra everyday for turkey seccege

It was in a prime location, with very clean, and super friendly staff. I enjoyed the temperature of our room, the respect for our "Do Not Disturb" sign, and that our checkout time was at 12 pm. Would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

I would have enjoyed the option of a free continental breakfast. Having the restaurant there in the facility was definitely a bonus, but it would have helped if there was something there to eat that did not require a purchase.

Great location. We have stayed here before on our way to Galveston to cruise.

The cost of the room is high. If you pay $159/night for a room you should expect that they’d provide breakfast like so many hotels offer. They charge $10 per person. We will look at other options next year.

Very clean room including the bathroom, comfy bed, good a/c. Mostly quiet except for 1 incident.

The breakfast set up was confusing. Apparently some people get a breakfast voucher when checking in and some don't but it would have been nice for that to be explained at check-in. Some guests let their kids run down the hall screaming at 3:30 am, which is not the hotel's fault but did put a damper on our experience.

Service. Displayed real professionalism in in the Service Industry. Highly commendable.

I loved the friendly staff and the free breakfast it was all so good and the WiFi was excellent for a hotel.

The water had to be shut off for the next morning but that was it.
